I travel daily from Gokuldham medical centre stop to Veetbhati stop daily since last 2 years every morning the ticket for the same is Rs. 4 today morning the conductor No. 38573 in the Bus 347, (MH-01 LA 6184) gave me the Rs. 5/- ticket. When I asked him the reason for the same he was exceptinally rude and did not listen to anything i had to say. He almost shouted on the top of his voice which was embarasing for me. I always pay the right amount for my ticket and if there is an increase in the ticket price i do not mind paying that either but the behaviour of the conductor was really insulting. Please do the needful so that he doesnot harrass passengers when they as him valid questions. The bus was almost empty at the time as it was early morning 7:30 am.
