I have completed my m. c. a from g. v. r & s college for women with registration number y9mc28020 guntur, which is under acharya nagarjuna university in 2011. i have applied for both original degree and consolidated marks list of my m. c. a in march 2012.
I have received my consolidated marks list by speed post in 2015 and didn't get my original degree of m. c. a till now. could you please check and send it to me via speed post urgently. now i need it urgently to proceed my career ahead.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied MCA OD certificate very long back. I have contacted ANU PG Section many times, they responded very few times and replied that we will check and send you again if it is return.

Recently My sister applied for OD. She went to ANU. I asked her to check about my application. She checked with corresponding dept people. They have checked the return posts and told that there is no return post and also it registered as posted. So you have to apply again for duplicate copy.
I also spoken to them over phone. They replied same. We have asked for register post number, they told that 4 clerks changed from that time and also some of the records were missed. so we can't provide registered post details.

I'm in Overseas. So I can't come to apply again. First of all why we have to apply again if mistake is not from my end.

So please take the action and provide me the solution asap.

I have applied for B.Pharm consolidated marks memo on March 31, 2015.They told that it takes 1 month to get the memo.They have not given any receipt of application when asked.They simply told me that receipt is not necessary and memo will be sent by post.But I havenot received my memo till date.These people willingly dont send the memos for months together, and when the candidate approaches the Pariskha Bhavan, they ask for bribe.Only after paying the bribe, do we get the memos.Same thing happened to many of my friends.

Sir I am Uttam Barman and I have admitted Acharya Nagarjuna University few months ago and it's now exam time, in between I don't received any doc or other materials for exam. Now when I got notification for exam found that exam will be on Weekdays which is really tough to attend for working professional. As I am working professional in IT company I can't take exam for 30 days on weekdays which is not cleared on admission time and when I checked other university like IGNOU they are conducting on weekends which is great. Due to that I talked to [protected]@anuonline.ac.in and [protected]@anuonline.ac.in, when i ask for cancellation of admission, they clearly told me that total amount paid at admission time not to refunded anyway. Now my concern is I don't received any documents or materials and none else i.e any class then when I want to cancel admission then why my admission fees not to be refunded which is not ethical. Why not university providing any flexibility for candidates. They can charge for admission but can't take whole admission fees.
