Hello all,

I'm witing you to make a big complaint about our trip with your airline company.
My round trip booking was j23vp from rome to singapore departure last 20th of december 2019 to january 1st 2020.

I've asked 3 times to your customer service and to my travel agency the baby basket for the whole itinerary and the service
Was confirmed all the times.
The first flight from rome to new delhi was in delay and nobody of you has advised us, fortunatly we received a call from our travel agency
Once we were at fco airport the lady at the desk double confirmed us the baby basket, but once we were on the aircraft the hostess told us that there was not basket for my one year baby available.
Once we took the 2nd flight from new delhi to singapore we discovered that there was again no possibility to have the baby basket on the flight, it seems it could not be fixed to the aircraft so we have spent 13 hours flying with the baby on out lap.

This is only the beginning of our howful experience with your company and your staff.

Also the flight back from singapore to new delhi was in delay (2 hours and more), but this time we do received an email from you.

We've asked if we were on time to catch the connection to rome and the staff confirmed.
Ufortunatly we arrived late in new delhi and we missed the flight back to italy.
We waited around 3 hours and more to have some infos about how we could reach italy but nobody helped us they only repeated us to sit and wait and wait and wait.
Air india staff was so rude, unprofessional and unefficient and they did not provide us with any tipy of assistance for us and for our 1 year old baby.
Only after 3 hours and half of waiting they gave us a new booking for the eevning. A fter our persistent requested they gave us a voucher, hereby attached, to have a dinner at the airport.
Once we reached the restaurant where we could wait for the next flight at 4.30 pm we showed this voucher for the meal to the restaurant manager and he told us to wait until 6.30 pm, then at 6.30 pm he said that service of the dinner starts at 8.30 pm (Our fight was at 8.40)
The manager only provided to a dish of pasta to our baby (She didn't eat at all) and half sandwich for me and my wife. Thats'it! At 19.00 we decided to leave the restaurant and eat in another place.

The whole treatment was really bad, the staff not able to provide with any type of kindneess to our basic needs.

We catch the flight from dheli to abu dhabi (Ix115), a terrible flight with your low cost company, also in this case no basket for the baby.
Once in abu dabhi we went to the check in desk to have the new boarding pass, and we descovered after almost 20 hours of infinite travel, that the the air india staff made wrong reservation for us. So we spent almost two hrs waiting for the final confirmation of our booking.
Fortunatly the ethiad staff worked hard to fix the umpteenth mistake you caused us.

The final conclusion is that we reached our final destination with more than 12 hours late, travelling with an infant.

We hope this is not the way you use to work and most of all the way to manage this kind of problem.
We hope we have been unluky facing with rude, unefficient and unprofessional person of the staff.

We now expect that somebody explains us why we received such a howfull treatment, we expect a complete refound and most of all we expect hat someone apologize with us since nobody already did.

I tried booking ticket from chennai to port blair on 21 dec 2019 and return ticket also for four people. But due to some technical issues my money was deducted from my bank account but ticket was not booked. I called the customer care and they told to send an email to [protected]@airindia.in with booking details which i propmtly did but even after 15 working days there is no refurnd nor is there any information regarding the refund status.
Please look into the matter immediately

My pnr #y5pjs and ticket # is[protected]. I was supposed to travel on nov 2nd 2019 but due to personal reasons, had to cancel my travel. Called air india 2-3 days in advance and asked them to cancel my ticket. Custer service representative told my that out of 6100 inr only aprx 3400 inr will be refunded. Rest will be deducted as cancellation fee. I asked him to cancel my ticket and he assured me that refund of apprx 3400 inr will be in my bank account in 7 working days. It's been more than 60 days and i am still waiting for my refund.

Please let me know when can i expect my refund. Called air india customer service multiple times and every time i was assured to get the refund in next 7 days.

Please help and issue a refund.

On 21 december 2019 i tried booking tickets for me and my family from chennai to port blair (15 jan 2020) and return on 19 jan 2020 but due to technical issue bookings were repeatedly cancelled but during the fourth attempt money was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. I immediately called the customer care who instructed me to send email to [protected]@airindia.in with all the booking details which i did promptly and was assured by them that i would get refund within 14 working days but even after 16 working days there is no refund and there is no information regarding its status. Kindly consider my request.

My flight was delayed without any advanced notice by almost 6 hours all in the night with nowhere to go but the airport. There were no announcements and the staff did not offer any guidance on what was happening. They did not provide lounge access and i had to spend all my time at the airport gate. I've traveled to 36 countries and this is by far the worst airline company. Absolutely unprofessional.

I have availed the air india flight no. Ai 3427 dated 01/01/2020 and the flight always delayed when i travelled by air india and no any responsibility by air india staff no any convenience provide during delayed more than 0530 hrs which scheduled departure from guwahati to delhi 0900 hrs while flight delayed and take off on 1500 hrs which is not to be adjustable time to passengers

I had to cancel a to and from flight from toronto to delhi with in 24 hrs of booking on dec 14th, i was assured by the customer care that i will get 100% refund (Due to 24hrs cancellation policy) in 7 days. However, i haven’t received my refund yet. I have contacted the customer care many times and have sent numerous emails to e-commerce team. So far, i haven’t received any acknowledgement what so ever from air india.

I had made the payments using canadian credit card and the amount was cad 3509 $.

I had got my ticket numbers (098-[protected], 098-[protected]) cancelled by calling air india helpline on dec 14, 2019 due to flight schedule change where the delay was more than 1 hr from schedule departure on part of air india and i had sent the e tickets to ecommerce email id on the same day for processing refund. But even after calling multiple times to air india support desk for refund processing still after 29 days my refund amount has not been credited to my bank account. Please let me know why even after multiple follow up and being told that the amount would get credited to account within 21 days i am not getting any positive response from ecommerce team and also by when the amount will be credited to my account. No one receives call at ecommerce helpline number [protected]/4

My flight no. Ai-454 pnr no. Yrt19 from amritsar to new delhi and flight no. Ai-455 pnr no. J4gtf from new delhi to shri naded sahib on dtd 09.01.2020 time 15.20.
Sir after reached at new delhi airport we feel that our two baggages were opened during the flight or at new delhi airport.
Our valuable goods and holy book guttka sahib was not at their place and not in good condition in the baggages.
Also note that one passenger mrs. Inderjit kaur marwaha is from canada. What kind of impression was imaged in her mind for new delhi airport and india.
Kindly look into the matter and try to solve this problem.
