They told to their senior to inform him to leave the company at all.

They hire for the software engineer profile but they keep you work for admin role.

They always give prefrence to their refreered employees.They do salary appraisal on the basis o[censored]nfair practice and didn’t give the salary for the last month.

A very big bad experience of Job Interview – Give the value to the skills not the reffered person..!!!

They took a whole day there. They were like just doing time pass with candidates. They dont give value to other’s time. They were like, go and wait there. Every round takes 1 hour waiting to go. Only referred candidates can got job there. People at Agloworks are like they were walking in garden.

Algoworks is not for hard working people. It is only for those who are known to HR’s or Emplyees or whatever.

5 Rounds were there, aptitude was good. Then 3 technical rounds, 1 puzzle round. The puzzle they asked, they even dont know what is the meaning of that. Just doing time pass or nothing with the job seekers.

At the end they said, will call if you will be selected or not. Finally waste a full day at Algoworks.
