I’ve placed an order on 12.10.2019, 10 small tablets for washing car windows costing €0.46 choosing from the options the free shipping to france from france, as you can very well see in the attached photo i presented as evidence that aliexpress stealthily ignored. As well, i received a notification about the order being shipped, still for the amount of €0.46, see again in the attached evidence the print screen of it. Later on i found out that i got robbed by €96.88, presumably the shipping cost! I can’t understand how they were able to take this amount from my account without my consent! For something that costs €0.46!!! I’ve wasted hours chatting with csrs explaining that the grass is green over and over again, they all were reassuring me that this is a mistake and i will surely be refunded (They have all these conversations with the reference numbers). I did exactly what they told me to do and i choosers as the dispute reason “order not received, but aliexpress dismissed it and said that the item is in the country and i should go and pick it up. This i found no reasonable employee that understands how unacceptable and hypocritically this is. Acting like the problem was receiving the tablets, not the fact that i got robbed.in the end, on my 4th or 5th chat i was told by a csr that the order is closed and there’s nothing i can do. They suggested that i open a new dispute and pay out of pocket the shipping back to china, maybe this way i will get the refund, or maybe not.
