I ordered 33 items from a seller in aliexpress. After payment successful it shows status – closed. I don't know what happens. Please refund my money or give my orders.
And i used a coupon for it, now it is showing that the coupon already used. My money deducted, coupon used but order status is closed.

My order rp[protected]cn for a motorcycle gloves were placed more than 2 months ago however after several chase up with ali express the produce has not delivered me but the full amount rs. 1551 has been paid at the time of purchase. Now the status of the order is showing delivered but i actually haven't got it yet.
Now i'm not getting any communication from ali express.
I paid item number UX6CFH[protected]K at Ali Express, but after the seller confirmed he sent the item, the people shipping it or the seller cancelled the order as says the tracking of the item at Ali Express. THAT IS FRAUD, You sent me a list of people that have been robbed by Ali.Express, where I can see that there is a lot of people complainig of the same theft by these chinese fraudsters. TAKE ALI EXPRESS OFF THE INTERNET AND HELP ME RECOVER MY MONEY!!!
I’ve placed an order on 12.10.2019, 10 small tablets for washing car windows costing €0.46 choosing from the options the free shipping to france from france, as you can very well see in the attached photo i presented as evidence that aliexpress stealthily ignored. As well, i received a notification about the order being shipped, still for the amount of €0.46, see again in the attached evidence the print screen of it. Later on i found out that i got robbed by €96.88, presumably the shipping cost! I can’t understand how they were able to take this amount from my account without my consent! For something that costs €0.46!!! I’ve wasted hours chatting with csrs explaining that the grass is green over and over again, they all were reassuring me that this is a mistake and i will surely be refunded (They have all these conversations with the reference numbers). I did exactly what they told me to do and i choosers as the dispute reason “order not received, but aliexpress dismissed it and said that the item is in the country and i should go and pick it up. This i found no reasonable employee that understands how unacceptable and hypocritically this is. Acting like the problem was receiving the tablets, not the fact that i got robbed.in the end, on my 4th or 5th chat i was told by a csr that the order is closed and there’s nothing i can do. They suggested that i open a new dispute and pay out of pocket the shipping back to china, maybe this way i will get the refund, or maybe not.

I told them that i am ready to pay if their is any tax but they said they dont have parcel please step into this case and solve it because seller is not coperating

So many time i complained throw chat box they telling "if it gets approved, you will receive a notification email in 3-5 business days. Otherwise, you may try not to use coupon (S) when placing the order." but no one contacted me

I have ordered some items from Ali Express on the occasion of Black Friday sale, while I'm checking the tracking system of the app it shows that shipment cancelled after the product has been shipped and it also showing that every item in the order is not available. Refund is not initiated and I'm not able to open dispute about the order and also I didn't hear anything from the seller.
