I placed an order for a beelink gt-king android box from the home trends store on aliexpress, date nov 11, 2019 (Order no: order no: [protected]). The seller gave me a fake tracking number that never showed any updates. Eventually i was forced to raise a dispute with aliexpress, but aliexpress decided i need to wait and eventually their tracking system, shockingly, claimed i had received the product on december 12, 2019. Home trends, who have received 44 complaints in the past month, never responded to my dispute, and instead asked me to accept that i had received the order. They are look to be complete fraud.
But unfortunately, aliexpress keeps rejecting my dispute. They have failed to ask home trends for any proof or evidence of shipment to my address/name or delivery. They have even gone ahead and released the payment!
I am shocked! I raised a second dispute, but aliexpress rejected it again.
This is fraud! I paid us$126.18. Please help!

On[protected] i for the first time bought on the aliexpress website a smartphone worth 567.06 euros. 3 days later i decided to cancel the order before it was shipped. I sent several messages to the seller indicating my intention to cancel it. This seller seemed to ignore what he was told but finally he said he could take the order back and fully refund me. I obviously accepted and i said yes. However this guy sent the smartphone anyway, even after the deal was made. Once here in customs from portugal i logically requested to send the package back to the seller and so it was. Aliexpress kept my money for about 3 months. I've been involved in a dispute with this seller and aliexpress all this time and when they finally agreed to return the money that was mine, they still withdrew about 6 euros for me to pay the shipping costs back. It did take 3 months to massacre a customer and in the end they withdraw money from the customer because of an incompetence of the seller. Even after i revealed all the evidence aliexpress pretended that nothing was shown. It's like im talking with robots that can't see anything but what they want to see. I received 562 euros and i paid more than that. Anyway, i spoke many times with their chat assistance, and everytime i talked about this situation and shown everything i had as evidence they told everytime i would receive my money fully because that was the correct thing to do.in the end that didn't happen. I don't care if it's only 6 euros because it's more on the table here. All that happened in these 3 months was madness. This company and their ways are madness. You can show one picture and they only see an other. Infinite talking, discussion, debates… Asking for patience and burning time and keeping my money. I can see now that i use this app only to lend them my money and fight for it. I uploaded a few pictures because i have more than 40.

My order is stuck in customs due to incomplete documentation by seller, customs has sent a notice to produce bank statement and invoice. Seller on demand of invoice has sent an under invoiced. Payment debited for $185 invoice given for only $70. Inspire repeated request to aliexpress nor correct invoice is given nor the product delivery. Waiting for refund for last 2 months.
I ordered a wig on fleek hair wig 12th december it said it will arrive 17th i suppose to take it from fedex. After thebask some documents, ibgave them since the product still in fedex, the deadline is 28th called them nothing, i just want to return the product.
