I am Vamshi Kanisetty cancelled Flat No: 32O Station – 4 on 3rd floor on May 31, 2019 and to date despite multiple follow-ups my booking amount is not refunded yet and it’s been 1 and half year.

The Cancellation Department provided incorrect information while cancelling the flat on May 31, 2019 and informed refund will be processed in 1 lakh/- by August, 2019 and 1 lakh/- by September, 2019.

After the cancellation I am following up with multiple sales guy .Particularly this guy ABUSED ME after, I asked why my amount is not refunded .Not one of the conversations turned helping a customer. On top of that Anand, cancellation team head promises every time I call him but now he stopped responding to calls.

Simply Aliens group with a good reputation in the market deceiving customers by giving false information and delaying refund is not seen as a positive step. Please do the needful in getting my refund ASAP

Dear sir/madam,

I am worried about my pending payment from aliens developers whoch is pending for 2 years now. I have done multiple followup via email, phone and in-person, but no result. Now they have started using covid-19 as an excuse and not returning my money.

We booked a flat in aliens tower 5 in aug 2017 with a payment of 5 lakhs and paid another 2 lakhs in dec 2017. We were told that the work will start in 9 october 2017. When we visited the site in january 2018, there was literally zero progress. When asked we were told that the work will start in february 2018 for sure. But it didn’t start till april 2018.

We discussed the issue with aliens team and decided to cancel the booking. Their coo kiran emadi personally came to my house and promised a swifft refund of the amount. We signed the cancelation agreement in may 2018 which mentioned refund of 7 lakhs in 3 installments between june 2018 to aug 2018. But there was no refund.

After several followups, we received first installment in dec 2018. Since then there is no sign of other payments. We have been following up via email and phone on a regular basis. But no results.

Please help us resolve the issue.

Hi,

I have booked the Flat at Aliens Space Station 1 of Aliens Developers.
And Paid the advance and was willing to pay the remaining money as per the payment terms agreed.But inspite of my repative request to make the formal agreement or Agreement of Reservation for the Flat no 601.Agaisnst which i have paid the money.Builder is not willing to provide any agreement as he have sold that Flat no 601 to some one else at a higher price for which he has taken the advance money from me.Now he is not allocating me any flat and asking me to pay higher price then what was agreed and take the flat at a Higher floor by paying floor rise charges.
Please help me in getting the flat for which I have paid the money to the Builder.
I have the receipt as well which Builder has given to me for the advance i have paid to him and over there it is clearly mentioned the Flat not 601.

We had booked a flat on Alien's Space Station 1, Tellapur and paid a booking amount of Rs. 2,50,000 (Two Lakhs Fifty thousand) and decided to cancel the booking as we came to know about the builder and his market reputation.
Before any process was initiated we decided to cancel and requested for refund from the builder. We have been trying for refund in last 3 months and each time we call them we have been receiving different information.

For instance in our 1st call they said they will refund the full amount by July, I requested to try it for much earlier and I was asked to call back to get the latest update in couple of days. When I called up they said their funds are blocked till November 2012 so they cannot refund my amount till Nov 2012 and also I will be getting a PDC for Rs. 2,00,000(Two Lakhs). I refused the same they asked me to come to office on 11/02/2012. We went there they said they could release only 1.5 lakhs that also after August 2012.

They are also saying that we had signed on a Customer Information sheet so as per company policy there will be a deduction of minimum 50,000. We are repeatedly saying them what we signed is just a information sheet it is not any formal agreement and we have not proceed further with any kind of legal documentation to have any such implication on our initial deposit.

Hence we request to look in to this complaint and help us our booking amount back. We have also taken this money from an outside lender for interest, we are either way loosing the money. Please do call us for further information on[protected]/[protected].

We booked a Flat in Aliens Space Station in 2006. Flat No: 829. Till date we have paid around 18 Lakhs to the Builder and till date our flat is NOWHERE near beginning, forget about completion. It will take another 2-3 years to even near completion. We had invested money with a plan and now we really need the returns and cannot wait for another 3 years (if not more).
We have been in contact with Aliens Customer Care and we were assured of a Resale with a profit of 8 – 10 Lakhs, since the rates have increased. After repeated follow ups, we were promised a sale by Dec 2012 by them. We could not contact them since then. Now a new person in Aliens Customer Care says he can only cancel the booking and return the amount paid by us "with no deductions". This is what we get after being with the company for 6 Years???
Our Hard Money has been blocked for all these years, we paid EMI, and now only thing Aliens can offer is giving money back "with no deductions". Simple maths tells us that the money would have doubled in a normal fixed deposit itself. We are now exploring options to get the money back from Aliens with interest. We have all the required documents and mails from Aliens Customer Care promising the Resale.

I booked a flat in Dec 2011 with a promised date of delivery in Jun 2013 and a grace period of 6 months. This was under EMI scheme where the builder was supposed to pay the pre EMI until possession, so no more penalty clause for delay was added. The builder stopped paying EMI post Dec 2012 and just revoked the clause unilaterally. I got the information from bak after 2-3 months. Moreover the construction for my station has been postponed indefinitely and the builder is also not sure about the date. I have paid more than 50% already including the bank loan. They want me to pay more if they move me to a flat that will be delivered in 2016. I am in a quandary now. Given their history it does not seem correct to pay them more money and my loan is becoming an NPA as per the bank. To keep it going, I have to Rs 60K as EMI every month. This is a very difficult situation to be in. Need advices to tackle this situation.

I have booked flat in 2009 in Aliens space station 1, Thellapur. They have promised me to deliver the flat in 3 years with a grace period of 6 months. According to that they should deliver by 2013 but still the construction has not been started.
They are asking to move to another tower where there is progress but charging me huge costs with respect to difference in sft and huge costs for upgraded specifications. Not giving me any option other option rather than accepting their cost or wait for another 3 -4 years.
Please help me on this.

Flat booked in Jan 2010…promised delivery on 11-11-11
Pre EMI started immediately for 18 months, post that full EMI till date…
They did not hand over on the promised date of 11-11-11
From June 2012, they stopped sending me site updates
Their site updates always show the same stage of construction…a copy paste of earlier image.
Now they are saying handover in 2015, no date shared.
They cannot keep repeating dates and there should be penalty and a case booked against them.
All flat owners need to be compensated at current market rates by attaching MD hari challa's properties.

We purchased a flat in the year 2010 in Alience space station-1. station -8 flat number 1551. At the time of flat booking they said that they will handover the flat by[protected] with a grace period of six months. at booking time we paid 12lakhs and we got approval for 31 lakhs from SBI RACPC secunderabad and they disbursed 12.36 lakhs. we started the repayment( EMI-29393/- to the bank) from September-2010. Since 1 year we are paying only interest part i.e 7500/- due to some problems. But our station is not at started not even footings. from last one year they are forcing us to shift to the completed flats by paying double price which costs us more than 20lakhs. now we are not in a position to pay that amount then we tried to cancel the flat. We are asking for interest of 24% (i.e 2 rs) from the date of booking. They are not accepting for this and moreover they said that for this, we don't charge any cancellation charges for your flat. Many times we visited and requested them for further processing but different people are assigned to us to answer.
it is our hardened money, we dont know what to do and whom to contact for the justice.we heard that many people are suffering like us please help us.

I Booked a flat at Aliens space station Tellapur in 2008 and was promised the hand over in 2011, if no was promised a reimbursement of 10k per month, forget abt the reimbursement but found out MR HARI CHALLA AND VENKATA CHALLA ARE FRAUDS CHEATING PUBLIC, and now filing for bankrupcy and fleeing from INDIA . When approached the Aliens team they are not even ready to meet the clients who had already paid them 45 lakhs for the flat promised . When tried to make a complain and file a case found out that they have contacts with the politicians and MR HARI AND VENKATA CHALLA ARE ROAMING around hyderabad without any charges .
Couldany one please help and tell us how to get the amount reimbursed or would be glad to see HARI AND VENKATA CHALLA BEHIND BARS
