I am Santosh Varla cancelled falt no 354 in station 9 on Dec 1, 2019 and to date despite multiple follow-ups my booking amount is not refunded yet and it’s been 9 months.

The sales executive Shiva Kumar and Prashanth both provided incorrect information while booking the flat on Nov 30, 2019 and informed refund will be processed in a a day and immediately after cancellation request from me.

After the cancellation I am following up with sales guy Shiva through whom I booked the flat and talking to multiple folks in cancellation team but none of the conversations turned helping a customer. On top of that Anand, cancellation team head promises every time I call him but now he stopped responding to calls and on whatsapp.

Simply Aliens group with a good reputation in the market deceiving customers by giving false information and delaying refund is not seen as a positive step. Pl do the needful in getting my refund ASAP

I am Vamshi Kanisetty cancelled Flat No: 32O Station – 4 on 3rd floor on May 31, 2019 and to date despite multiple follow-ups my booking amount is not refunded yet and it’s been 1 and half year.

The Cancellation Department provided incorrect information while cancelling the flat on May 31, 2019 and informed refund will be processed in 1 lakh/- by August, 2019 and 1 lakh/- by September, 2019.

After the cancellation I am following up with multiple sales guy .Particularly this guy ABUSED ME after, I asked why my amount is not refunded .Not one of the conversations turned helping a customer. On top of that Anand, cancellation team head promises every time I call him but now he stopped responding to calls.

We have booked a flat in aliens space station 1 on 11th march 2009 on the name of g mahendra kumar and g sudha rani (Flat no: 902, 9th floor, ss1). We made the payment through sbi housing loan. We canceled the booking on 27th october 2012. The total amount paid through housing loan was 17, 50, 000 out of which only 9, 09, 545 have been refunded in two installments, 3, 19, 058 (29/10/2013) and 5, 90, 487 (7/11/2013). The rest 8, 40, 455 have been deposited into some other account that does not belong to us.

My main issue here is:
1. Why and how was the amount deposited in someone else’s account without any proof from our side.
2. Why was the amount refunded in partitions and why was the refund initiated 1 year after my cancellation request

The interest from the bank has piled up due to this and is effecting our cibil score and our current properties.

Cheated by Aliens Hi Sir, I am also a customer of aliens space station-1 and facing the problem from M/s Aliens group. Did any of you get any justice for your complaint till date. if nothing has done, whats your next step in getting back your hard EARNED MONEY. I had booked a flat in 2018 and paid 5 Lakhs as advance. My bank loan was rejected due to some issue s As it’s not affordable, i cancelled the flat and they promised to refund the MONEY within 6 months with interest. All these happened in April 2019. Finally they gave me a calcel agreement and sid that they will pay in installments, its been 9 months and nothing till now. They are not responding to any mails of me and are not answering to my phone calls, i got vexed with their attitude including Mr.Hari Challa (MD, Aliens developers). Finally i decided to go to consumer court, because there is no other way for a common man to deal such problems. Please help me if any solution for these types of issues. Is it better to fight against these cheaters as a group (customers who are bankrupted/lost hard EARNED MONEY). What’s your opinion? How will we move forward? Anybody are joining to fight can mail me. Let us get justice.

Dear sir/madam,

I am worried about my pending payment from aliens developers whoch is pending for 2 years now. I have done multiple followup via email, phone and in-person, but no result. Now they have started using covid-19 as an excuse and not returning my money.

We booked a flat in aliens tower 5 in aug 2017 with a payment of 5 lakhs and paid another 2 lakhs in dec 2017. We were told that the work will start in 9 october 2017. When we visited the site in january 2018, there was literally zero progress. When asked we were told that the work will start in february 2018 for sure. But it didn’t start till april 2018.

We discussed the issue with aliens team and decided to cancel the booking. Their coo kiran emadi personally came to my house and promised a swifft refund of the amount. We signed the cancelation agreement in may 2018 which mentioned refund of 7 lakhs in 3 installments between june 2018 to aug 2018. But there was no refund.

After several followups, we received first installment in dec 2018. Since then there is no sign of other payments. We have been following up via email and phone on a regular basis. But no results.

Please help us resolve the issue.

I am G.Arunima, cancelled flat on January 2019 and despite of multiple follow-ups my booking amount is not yet refunded by Aliens Space Station group

After cancellation I followed up with the sales executives multiple times, most of the times sales executives didn’t care to answer the calls and when they answer they would promise to refund the amount in 1 or 2 days but we haven’t received a penny from 2019. We have paid an amount of 4.5lakhs and haven’t received a penny ever since 2019.

When we booked the flat they promised to refund the amount in 10 days whenever we wish to cancel the flat but it’s been more than 2 years we have not got the refund yet.

Hi all

My email is with good intentions to alert not to fall trap with the builders.

Please avoid aliens group (www.aliensgroup.in) and all their projects in and around hyderabad. they keep changing names to play with and they are not really going to deliver what they promises. if anyone visiting and you see them in property expo, please question them.

Aliens group has many projects like space station -1, space station – 2 (discarded) and aliens hub and a new project aliens sky park.

I have been a victim by purchasing the flat in 2009 (space station -1) and still not able to get the money back. there are 350 + consumer cases out of 50 in national level consumer forum, 300+ firs, md got arrested last year and released after 2-3 months, no charge sheet filed yet by police officials. same flat sold to different customers. banks of no help (major banker is sbi). suspecting political support. around 1000 cr project and collected about 600 cr.

My suggestion is to avoid all the projects which are at initial level, and it is wise to purchase a finished flat/villa with all the documents and plans approved to save all hard earned money and peace.

I have purchased a flat in[protected] with the developer. As a booking amount, I have paid IRS.9, 00, 000/- and the balance amount of IRS.8, 05, 279/- thru bank loan from SBI. The balance amount of of IRS 16, 94, 721/- to be paid according to construction progress. But, the builder have not progressed the flat construction. I have been doing followup on the progress. But, every time they given date of completion which they have been failing to fulfill the same.

In the year 2015, some of the consumers of Aliens developer for the same venture have filed case against the developer. As I am an NRI, I came to know late due to which I couldn’t file complain directly.

Recently consumer court have delivered verdict.

Kindly help me the way forward so that I can get back all my money along with compensation.

I and my son (Abhishek kumar) booked flat no. 601 in station#1 and flat no. 420 in station#4 in aliens space station#1, tellapur, ramchandrapuram, medak, hyderabad -502032, by paying 35lacs in june, 2009 which is 50% of cost but till now they did not hand over neither returned our money. Like this, they did with so many customer. Only 10% work is completed so far.

Telangana has come out with real estate regulatory authority act but supprisingly exempted projects approved prior to 1.1.2017 from the act. Where as karnataka has allowed projects as old as 5 years covered by the act.in brief aliens project is in bangalore government could have intervened. What a difference,… Iam a rera activisits.
