I m highly disappointed with Lehenga_bazaar site from instagram. I have ordered one dress and placed an order on 4th May 2021 and paid 1750. They informed me that the package will be delivered within 3-5days. I waited for a month and then contacted them asking for updates. They asked me to wait. I waited for one whole month and then when i contacted they are not even giving any updates. I asked for refund and they are not responding. It was really a bad experience with this store. I regret spending 1750.
I tried to call up on the number and it says does not exist. The fraud guy who is handling whatsapp is online and not even opening my chat. After one month on 3rd june the product which is received was completely different from what they have shown in the picture. The fabric and the quality was soooo pathetic that i can’t even explain. They are fraud and took 1750 from me for such pathetic stuff. I want to refund my amount or replace with another outfit Highly disappointed. All chats screenshot nd photos are attached herewith.

This company sells products via their instagram page. It was my mistake to have overlooked few flaws like there isn’t a single comment on their posts. They post customer reviews which looks made up now as the product i received is not even worth rs 100 for which i paid rs 1400. People please report this page on instagram too so they are closed from making any such sales.

I’m have been ordered a black anarkali they took the payment in cash 2000 rupees but they didn’t deliver the proper parcel i didn’t get the dupatta and in spite of being online 24/7 that person is not replying my messages not sending my parcel since from 3 weeks.. They are cheat they are fraud they don’t have concern about the customers money and the parcel they don’t even provide delivery details about the product
I request you to take some serious action because this is not the first time i’ve been i’v facing this problem from these site all eyes over here

I have booked one lahenga and price is 2000/- but quality so bad and they asked they will not refund any money. I continue following up to exchange my product but not getting any single reply @ their end. I have booked lahenga for diwali but they people are cheating with me.. I am very fed up with them.. Continue calling them and msging but not getting any revert.

Requesting you to please close their business so than they wont be able to make a fool to anyone and please ask them to give my money back or exchange my product.

I have gone through all eyes over here lehenga page and ordered a lehenga worth 2200 and made a online payment. I was assured to get the product in hand in 3-5 days.. After that period i tried reaching them over call and whatsapp they keep on denying my call.. After one complete day they blocked me in all aspects..
I want my money back now..

I ordered an lehenga from this page and when i got that lehenga it’s quality was damn poor. I kept all my savings on this lehenga. And now they are not even replying to my message. I want refund because this lehenga is not at all good, very poor quality. Please kindly do something about it. I paid 1750 for it which was my collection since many months. Please kindly refund my money back. My parents are scolding me slot.

As promised none of the products look the same. Also they don’t response to the customer and have very least interest in follow ups. Don’t care about the customers. And they don’t have any return and refund policy. Worst company ever. Neither do they have one to speak to.
Please do not buy any of their products. Not at all trusted and too cheap products for all high costs.
I am gonna file a complaint against them because until then they won’t resolve my problem.
Also i am tired of not getting answered by them and hence it is better to file a complaint.

They showed me some really beautiful pictures of a gown they promised me best quality it was for 1650 & seems like of 100 rs. My savings lost just bcoz of this fake site they even says clearly that we will not refund do whatever u can.. I seriously don’t know what to do now 😭 how can someone be so fearless & cruel. I even tried to threaten them but they said police can’t get us 😣 i lost my money i m dying in guilt please help me i can’t tolerate it anymore & close their website for what u r waiting 🙏

I think we should contact borevali police as she has done a crime of cheating innocent people. She is the biggest fraud over here we should take some strict steps towards her otherwise she will keep doing same with others tooo.. I told her i will seek police help & she said ohhh yaa go ahead i have no fear. She talked so well on the first go & then she sent me the dress & didn’t reply after payment. I have no idea what to do even i m losing hopes bcoz here is a long row of people who suffered the same but there is no one who can say i got my money back 😒

One day i was scrolling insta & i saw aeoh they have posted some really amazing stuffs i desire to buy one i contacted her through whatsapp i asked for real image but she said they make dresses on order basis but dress will be same as image i placed order & then she sent me dress within 2 days when i opened the package i saw a red mosquito net with some beeds this was not that dress which i ordered for 1650 rupees then i texted her & asked for refund she said no i will not refund then i said i will go to police she said yes go i don’t care & blocked me. Now i m dying in guilt & can’t
Share thiss with my parents & that was a good amount for me as i m a student anyhow i managed that amount.. I just request u please help me please i m very helpless right now.
