Sir/mam,
I am a student of grd imt (Guru ram das institute of management and technology) and as the colleges are closed due to coronavirus outbreak. The college is not providing us any online classes, they have shared some you tube links and told us to study from there and make notes. If we have to study from youtube only then why are we paying tuition fees in college. How are we supposed to give exams without any proper guidance and if they are not providing any guidance they shouldn’t ask for tution fees. The college is pressuring us to submit fees otherwise they are telling us they would cancel our admission.
Kindly look into the matter and provide us with a solution.

Sir,
According to the new guidelines issued that the last date of refund of fees by AICTE approved colleges regarding cancellation of admission is 10th November and a maximum of 1000 can be deducted, i would like to bring to the notice that Christ university Bangalore is not responding to my mails regarding refund. i would request the concerned authorities to look into the matter.
I had withdrawn the admission on 16th October 2020 and had written numerous mails to them. My application no is[protected] and had been registered for btech engg. in EtCs ( with AI & ML).

Respected madam/sir,
Acharya institute of technology, soladevanahalli, bengaluru which comes under vtu of karnataka charges 1% of penalty over fee of 80, 000 if there is one day delay in fee payment and penalty percentage raises day by day. Even in this covid time college is asking penalty. When there is struggle to pay fee itself, it is very crucial act by college. And no online class and attendance is offered for who didn’t pay the fee. No other colleges under vtu asked fee till date as university ordered to react with mercy, but acharya institute is asking for penalty of thousand rupees along with fee. Please take strict action against this. I have attested screen shot email sent by college.

The above named college collected rs.1, 15, 000/- from me (Fees released by bank of baroda, netaji subhash place branch, new delhi education loan) for the 2nd year 2019-20 fees for bba aviation course in april 2019. After making the payment my son approached the galgotia university college, greater noida for continuing his second year classes and they asked him to submit bank statement and proof of payment and cancelled his admission. I belong to a middle class family and arranged educational loan from the bank of barorda.in view of the cancellation of admission, i request the honorable committee of the consumer redressal forum to intervene the matter and take appropriate action for refund from galgotia university enabling me to pay back the educational loan amount to bank of baroda.

I had many a times sent email request for refund but no reply so far received from the college.

Will some one tell me as per law of india is it necessery that the course shold be appoved by AICTE. I came across IIRM which is appoved by IRDA is as per law IRDA can give approval to edu. inst. like AICTE

Respected sir,

We (total no:7) joined in m. e (cse) in govt., college of engg., tirunelveli in 2005 through gate and completed the pg degree in 2007. so far we have not received any gate stifend amount. previous batches in our college received stifend. but our batch was not received any amount.
We contacted the college officials and talked aicte officials through phone, but they are not responding properly.

Princeton college of engg & tech, GHATKESAR, Hyderabad is an AICTE approved and affiliated to JNTU-H

This colloge doesn't provide labs as there are no laboratory assistants, UNEDUCATED faculty and poor INFRASTRUCTURE
this college don't maintain principal or Qualified HODs. This college director fooled JNTU officials on inspection of college He brought a PhD person and he claimed that he is the principle in reality we didn't see him before and even after the inspection, Just on the day of inspection he came as Principal…
NO PROPER LIBRARY
College had a library in which only outdated books are available, Only old books which are out of the syllabus are available, . Director do not take care of the college, WE HAVE ALL DAMAGED EQUIPMENT IN LABORATORIES … from last 2 years LABs are not conducted due to damaged equipment and frequent power cuts
WE REQUEST AICTE TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION ON THE COLLEGE AND SAVE THE STUDENTS

Respected sir,
I am doing M.E in computer science and engineering[protected] batch) in Thiagarajar college of engineering at madurai. I got admission via GATE exam and through my college me and my friends have applied for GATE stipend; I am a eligible candidate for GATE stipend. Now i am doing my second year M.E. Till today i didn't get even a single paise from AICTE as GATE stipend. What they are saying is it will take some more time to provide that stipend?.. For me it seems like a cheating. We are the students and we have lot of expenses for our studies, for our project etc. I have planned to do M.E with the hope that GATE stipend will help me to do some technical courses, can manage project expenditures etc. When will they give stipend?… If they are not giving that stipend for our needs and if they give it after i complete my studies, in what way that stipend will help my studies????… I dont know really why this delay.. But it really affect my career improvement.. I request you to take action for this issue.

The AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) website www.aicte.ernet.in has been down for nearly a week and nothing has been done about it. I was trying to access the site to get list of approved sites since I am applying for an eligibility certificate at the university.

Also the site provides the lists in downloadable microsoft word document format only. It would be ideal if the site publishes the list in plain html and/or pdf format which is more internet friendly and doesnot tie to the products of a specific company.

Kindly take necessary action to ensure that the site is brought up.

This office telephone number 23345071 is not working since 4 days. We tried to lodge the complaint through 198, but the reply is "there is no fault in the telephone line", hence we are unable to lodge the complaint even. Your goodself is requested to do the needful.
