Kammavari Sangham, Bangalore is currently running 2 colleges in a single piece of land with an area measuring about 3.5 Acres (But cooked up documents show about 5 Acres). Whenever AICTE committee visits for inspection, the management tells that they are building a new premises in a land measuring about 7Acres and will shift the engg college from the current premises.

Now they have applied for permission to start a new engg college in the new premises. Unfortunately, AICTE without referring to the earlier statements of the management are proceeding to approve the new college.

This should be stopped as the management is not running the existing colleges well.

AICTE – Great spport for the Nation's Technical Development

In the recent past there are several news about AICTE. One thing we have to appreciate that the AICTE sanctioned as many technical institutions as required for our country.

If there were only few institutions, the under privileged people will not get oppurtutnity to enroll for technical education.

Many of the newly started colleges are coming up very well. Even few old colleges have no proper facility.

AICTE's contribution should continue without corruption and malpractice.

This is the request of a Teacher working in a Engineering College for the past about 15 years.

I have taken admission in m. pharn. in 2007 in B. N. college of pharmacy udaipur. I have got stifend of 2007-08 year @ 5000 but in 2008-09 @ 8000 As it increases after sixth pay comission, i haven't got stifend i have phoned the aicte office, delhi several times but they didnt give me proper response please tell me what can i do to get my remainig stifend

i completed BCA in the 2002 affilated to Andhra university with an agg 68%
i completed MSC information system in the 2004 affilated to Andhra university with an agg 66%.
i completed Mtech cst in the 2007 affilated to Andhra university with an agg 67%

Now My question is engg colleges telling that u r not eligible to teach btech students resion is NEW AICTE RULE iS
BTECH WITH MTECH only can teach to the Btech studets.

My son d sendhil kumar sent representation to aicte bangalore on 02 oct 2009 for take action against royala academy for technicaleducation, bangalore for
Non refund the fees rs 15, 800 to my son and order to refund the fees as per aicte act 10 (N) aicte act. Fees was collected on 18 jun 2008 and the course commencement is 18 aug 2008. My son was
Not attend even a single class in the academy.

The academy conduct the course under aeronautical society
Of india, new delhi. The aeronautical society of india is approved
By the aicte, new delhi.

However, aicte bangalore gave letter dated 09 nov 2009 to my son with copy to aicte
New delhi that said academy is not approved by aicte bangalore.

Therefore, i kindly request your honour to take action against
The aicte bangalore and aicte new delhi for their irresponsibilty
And order to take action against the academy and order refund
The fees to my son immediately.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform that many colleges in Andra pradesh not having sufficient staff according to AICTE norms.Some of the colleges are uploading another colleges staff resumes in AICTE portal for getting approval.AICTE also accepting n giving approval for colleges blindly without checking the colleges that whether they are having staff or not.If AICTE is not taking any action,no student get good education n also there will not be any difference between educated person and uneducated person.

I am sujal patari studying in M.Pharm final year[protected] batch)in JLchaturvedi college of pharmacy, nagpur. sir i have got the admission in this college through GATE via conselling undertaken by Director of technical education maharshtra state. bag to state that we still not got our schlorship from AICTE from 2008 till update. sir i had did lots of call to AICTE but still they are not given any response. so, give me information how should i approach in future so that i receive the schlorship in due time.
