A travel agent named as “amazing tour” offered a good package of darjeeling tour. But cheated after taking rs 25000 advance. After calling so many times they sent fake hotel booking details. No cab arrangement done. They were not picking up my phone instead of calling so many times. At last when we reached darjeeling they cancelled the package verbally. No money refund done also. We had to face so much harassment.

I made payments through credit card on 2 nd may for flights n hotels ti to amazing tour. Which i searched online and finalised trip from 5th june to 9 june, 4 nights 5 days.
They didn’t give any confirmation for bookings n kept saying for doing in last 10
Days. Till date no confirmation.
Helpless as before.
Duped me 95232 rs.
Someone help me out what can i do immediate.

They first have guarantee that car will be provided and talked very good but after taking advance of 21000 they started ignoring calls and not attending calls. They said that i will get the cab details a day before but they were not picking any phone.i was cheated in this company. Please help me if possible and the website is also fraud. And the number in the website is also fraud. The whole racket is going on.

They called me for the tour package also mailed me after going through the mail and telephonic conversation i confirm the Maharashtra Tour package from them of 4N/5D from date 6/06/2019 to 10/06/2019, for that i have transfered them Rs.15750 throug the link which was on there website www.amazingtour.co.in, after clicking the link payment gateway PayUMoney open through wihich i done the payment.
After payment they take call only once and said they will give the confirmation by 5th of June but no confirmation through mail or through phone came.
I tried calling them many times only phone rings but no one picking the calls, same with the mails also no reply from them.
Amazing Tour is a fraud company please take some action against them.

I had booked tour and accordingly paid 50% of the amount. The tour operator after few days told that our tour has been cancelled due to rise in flight cost. I have asked for refund to which they promised to refund within 7 days. However even after 7 days I didn’t received my fund. I have now raised the complaint with the police department.

So pls don’t get trapped to this bogus tour agency.

I have done a booking with amazing tour in the month of july for andaman and nicobar. The total package cost is around 38000/- and we paid a advance of 19000/- to book the package. We were told that we will be getting our booking details like hotel voucher buy end of july month. Unfortunately we have not received the same and the sales executive number is reflecting as invalid when we dial her number. Even their site has a number but no one is answering our call. We have dropped multiple emails on the email provided and no one is responding to the emails. We really need your help in sorting this as our money is at stake. We feel that we are cheated and its kind of fraud service that they are doing and cheating the people.

I too have been cheated by the same company, amazing tour for rs.26, 000/- offering a tour of guwahati, shillong in sept. 2019.

After making all enquiries, the company made a request to pay an advance of 50% i. E., rs.26, 000/- in favour of m/s. Oriamo private limited. However, before making the payment i had duly asked the reason for making the payment in favour of a third party. I was informed that they are venture partners. I also made a search on the said company, oriamo on mca site and found its registered office at noida, ghaziabad, up.

After making this payment, i have been repeatedly trying to contact the persons on given numbers and also through email to provide me the detailed itinerary of my tour. However, the calls are not taken. After making frequent calls, i was able to talk to one mr. Gaurav who assured me that the booking details shortly.

My calls are not being taken now and emails are bouncing back.

I need help in getting my money back.

I had planned to go for a sight seeing tour to Guwahati, Shillong, Cherapunjee, etc., during Sept. 2019 with my family and had made searches for a suitable tour agency and got in touch with M/s.Amazing Tours on https://amazingtour.co.in. They offered the package of 12 day tour at a cost of Rs.52, 000/-.
After making all enquiries, the company made a request to pay an advance of 50% i.e., Rs.26, 000/- in favour of M/s.Oriamo Private Limited. However, before making the payment I had duly asked the reason for making the payment in favour of a third party. I was informed that they are venture partners.
I had also made searches on the site of Ministry of Corporate Affairs for the registration details of M/s.Oriamo Private Limited, whose registered address was shown as G-13, Sector-6, Noida, Ghaziabad, UP 201301 with three directors namely, (1) Mr.Rohit Joshi (DIN[protected], Mr.Dheeraj Singh (DIN[protected] and Mr.Gaurav (DIN[protected].
I made a payment of Rs.26, 000/- M/s.Oriamo Private Limited on 20.07.2019 in account No.[protected] of Bandhan Bank .After making this payment, I have been repeatedly trying to contact the persons on given number and also through email to provide me the detailed itinerary of my tour. However, the calls are not taken.

Since last 4-5 days, my calls are not being taken nor my emails are also getting bounced.
