Do not have anything to do with this company everything and more said on this website is true they promise the earth take the money and deliver nothing when you complain you are told you got it wrong and they want more money they do not return phone calls or emails are not able or refuse to back up what they say as it is all a con
I paid £118 for domain name and 4 page website. They then took a further £589.80 off my card for google optimisation i received nothing no domain name no website nothing. They dont reply to your e mails or calls.
I filed a complaint by post e mail and phone i had no response.
I have since spoke to other companies they have ripped off.
I stopped my card and notified my bank.
I want a full refund and no dealings with this company again.. People need to be warned of this company.
Having read some of the comments it all sounds familiar as the same thing is happening to me and obviously all of you as well in particular the mystery letters, why would an internet company with your email address send you a letter through the post an email is free and is reliable the post is not and costs but I think we all know these letters are never sent so it gives them the chance to tell you did not give any prior warning you do not want the thing they are telling you they are now going to charge you for and of course it is not possible to give any notice as you had no prior knowledge of it in the first place great SCAM dont you think.Trading Standards need to be informed by all of you
Very poor service, this company rips people off. Don't waste your money. Like many others I have spent nearly £1500.00 with this company on a new web site and all I have to show for my money is a holding page that advertises their services. This has been like this since April 2013. They don't return any of my calls or emails. Following the last email I sent stating I was very dissatisfied and wanted a full refund or would I would seek legal action I eventually got an email back from a guy called saying " Unfortunately, once a service is purchased, we are not able to offer a refund." Wish I had read up on all the negative reviews that this company has before I wasted my money. I recommend that you look elsewhere.
I have purchased a web site from them for £118, then before receiving it I was told I had to pay anther £400 to get google to work for it, I now know I am one of the many that they have scammed .
They don't return any calls.

We signed up to go with AMCS in May 2013 after getting promised an all singing and dancing fantastic Website. First we were told it would be completed within the week, after signing up and paying we received the pack which stated 6 weeks to complete!
After completion of the site we received no enquiries through it, in October we received a phone call from their sales department offering search engine search engine optimization, this was to include mobile phone website optimization and were told we would be found on any google search within a 25 mile radius (unfortunately we don't know much about websites or search engines, which they took advantage of). They confirmed they would search for key words for our business, update the website and keep checking this every 6 weeks to ensure this was working for our site. They promised to update the website and contact us when this had been done, then keep in touch to let us know how this was working. All this would be completed within the week.
We paid for this – BIG MISTAKE, they took the money and we never heard any thing for 8 weeks, we did phone several times but no one phoned us back. Customer service is atrocious.
When we did eventually get to speak to someone, they said the work had all been completed, when we questioned the mobile side of this they said this was another £120 even though we were told this was included.
Then they had the cheek to say our bill was still outstanding and only half paid! Even though it was paid in full.
This company take your money and give you nothing in return.
Do not fall for the patter of their sales people, they are very good at promising the earth but delivering nothing!!!
Hi, AMCS Internet gave me false information about building a website for Mathews Electrical Services, Swansea, SA66TT.I PAID £99.00+VAT, They didn't make a website for me on live or not sent any invoice to me, they are really cheating company to normal customers.
Please take any action aganist them

AMCS internet first got in touch with me saying they could design a 3 page website for just £200 when it was done the webpage was nothing like the type of work I do eventually they redesigned it but said it would do better if it was on facebook and twitter this was a further £500 then I was told it wasn't mobile and this would boost my ratings another £500 when the website did go live first it wasn't connected to facebook every time I rang it went to answer machine so left message but nobody got back to me then to get my website to a ten page it was another £500 I have spent £2500 in total .This company takes as much money as they can but doesn't deliever what they promise
I too was promised a website for £99, they built me a rubbish website so I agreed to a gold site at a discount rate.
The gold site never went live, tried to get my money back, they took a further £500 off my credit card without my consent, I've since cancelled my credit card so they can't get any more out if me, I can't believe how gullible I was.
Do not use AMCS.
Amcs talked me into having a website built, telling me there was a cooling off period of 14 days to think it over. However once the money had been paid I read the no cancellation policy. After a call to discuss the matter, I was told there is no business to business protection in consumer rights. I thought it odd to say that rather than sorry you feel you have been misled. This company really is awful, no response to email or call backs. Don't deal with them, any complaint will not be taken seriously, and your bank will have to retrieve your money. But unless amcs can prove an agreement was made, they will have to return the funds. At no point have a felt anything other than duped by a good sales patter which was untrue.
