AMR is not paying committed assured returns in case of Manthan despite paying all their dues . They are cheat and have malafide intentions . Their promoters and directors are enjoying on our hard earned money . If there is already group exist, please let me know its details . I have a boking with AMR Infarstructure in kessel-I valey in the name of
‘Siddharth Arora’ for area 1000 sq ft. for which we have given
9,50,000 rupees.
We need our money back, I have been continuosly asking it for many
years now this is a written complaint for the same.
We sue your company for:
1. You promised to build an IT building and give us 1000 sq ft space
in the firt floor, but later on you developed a shoping mall in tha
same building with our money. In your first sales broucher there was
nothing mentioned about the shooping mall.
2. You promised tocomplete the project within 3 years but it took
around 8 years and not yet completed
3. You promised to arrange bank loan in the beginning, but you
couldn’t arranged the same.
4. You told your customers in the beginning that you will launch the
project at higher rate of around 7250 per sq ft but after launching
also you sold the space at previous rates or below that price, it is
cheating customer by mismanaging prices.
5. You sold us the project at very igh rates as compared to the market price.
6. Also you never give proper response to our calls, always postpone
our request of money refund

AMR is not paying committed assured return and cheating their investor /customer. They have sold the property at double the then prevailing price by making false promises to their customers . I believe that there is already group AMR customers to redress the complaints . Please share its details

We purchased our shop from amr nd they said abut asured returns for years till the building buid bt their is no progress in construction nd checks start bouncing and whenever ask for check nd money they said we have no funds what can i do

Dear Sir,
I, Ambarish Trivedi & Harish Chandra Ram had bought 300sq feet shop in AMR’s “Kessesl-i-Valley” Project under I-Mall in June’2012.
At the time of agreement, it was agreed that builder will pay assured return of 12% on amount paid till possession and after possession they will leased out the shop for 9 years and provide 11% return. Based on this condition we made builder-buyer agreement.
Now builder has stopped giving assured return even possession is not given.
Apart from this they have made allotment letter, in which they have mentioned Kiosk instead of shop which is completely fraud and cheating on behalf of builder.
So I request you to look into this case and provide justice.

AMR sold the commercial office, shops and I-homes on basis of 12% return but after 2 yrs they stopped paying returns and stopped their construction and no hope in future whether they will even give the purchased unit.how action will be initiated on then.

Dear Sir,
We (Harish Chandra Ram & Ambarish Trivedi), have
purchases commercial shop in great adventure mall from AMR infrastructure,
2425/11, Gurudwara Road, Opp. HDFC Bank, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110 005, of
300 sq ft in Noida, Yamuna Expressway. As per our Builder Buyer agreement that
AMR will pay 12% assured return till possession and after possession company
leased out the shop and will return 11% of its cost, but now they have stopped
paying the assured return while we still do not get possession.
When we enquiry about situation and condition of shop and
assured return, Builder is refusing to pay further assured return and secondly
they cheated us in allotment document, They allotted us Kiosk in place of shop, to see this, we shocked and asked to them
about this fraud allotment, that why they did with us but not listing our voice
and also using threatening languages.
So, I request you here if you can help us to log the
complaint against them and provide us justice.

I purchased a flat in 2008 in ihomes with 12% monthly return. For few couple of years I have received the checks but after that the checks stop. Now they are not ready to pay even a single check nor refunding our money that we paid to buy the flat. Also the possession is not any time near since they have not even completed the structure.
I request the concerned authorities to strictly look into this case because there are thousands of people who have purchased in this project and are now stuck with this builder.

We had several time discussion with AMR but they are refusing to pay further, we also ask them to return our paid amount if agreement not followed further then builder treating us that they will not agree to listen our matter either way.
