I had booked a flat in tower r amrapali sapphire ii in 2008. The work in this tower, i have been told, is on hold since about one year. No satisfactory answer is available from anybody concerned with this project. No body picks up phone at the main office of the company at sector 62 noida. Also those who look after the project are not well informed about the future of the project. One does not know how long this uncertainty will continue. Kindly help.

I bought a 2 bhk flat in amrapali adarsh awas yojna (Aaay), greater noida west under subvention plan where builder is supposed to pay the interest payment every month until they deliver the possession of flat.

It cost me 4 lakhs extra over the actual price due to the subvention plan i opted for. They have signed agreement to pay the emi till possession or if it get delayed sometime, they will pay it with the incurred interest.

They are never consistent in paying the emi and now its been more than 3-4 months when i am not receiving interest emi in my bank.

Bankers are calling me every day to know the payment status, they are also threatening to penalize me and negative my credit scores since the loan is under my name.

In yesterday call they threatened me to send a legal notice.

I have emailed amrapali the problem many time, but there is no response from their end.in fact, none of the contact point from amrapali who facilitated the purchase and signing of subvention agreement are reachable now.

Amrapali is not picking any call, neither their customer helpline is answering.

Hi,
I booked Amrapali Dream Valley Villa A-142 in 2010-11 and so far no possession.
Layout of dream valley 1 changed many times since I booked the unit Villa and villa number also changed many times.

Now the situation is tough that I heard the Major builder are going to bankrupt. if this will happen then where we buyer will go? It is my hard earned money. I cannot let it go like that. There is no progress update or construction from past 1 year and still it is same. My concern is when they are gonna give possession or are they planning to file bankruptcy and want to leave us the buyer in the horizon.

Please do something for me, either Amrapali should give my money back or give the possession of the villa. Please help.

I had booked a flat at amrapali golf homes, noida extension in july, 2010, whose year of possession, as expected, was 2013. It has, now, delayed for 4 years, and the status construction hasn't changed even slightly since last 3 years. I have property worth rs.36 l hung up with this project, and now, as an agitated consumer, i demand my invested money, with interest, back.

That amrapali has not yet refunded our money back which we had invested for a purchase of a flat. They might have utilised those funds in other projects deeming to violate our rights under constitution of india.

We have recieved a statement as asked by us from amrapali group recently but there is no response on refunding of money yet.
All the claims of consumers are valid because they have violated rights under constituion of india. Not only this section 420 which says about fraud, and section 406 which says that anyone who is breaching a trust of contract should be punished are to be implemented over amrapali group.

They tried to hide evidences against them by seperating their unit from heartbeat city.
And this is an offense and is punishable under ipc, 1961

Sir, many complaints have been registered till now but no legal action is been taken yet so its our humble request to carry forward or pursue our complaint in a significant manner. Perspectives and offenses are clear.
Funds have been utilised in an illegal means that is why the accounts are not opened to consumer and government too.

I have booked a flat in Amrapali Golf Homes A1-1705, under subvention scheme in which builder is supposed to pay the interest portion of the Home Loan. For this scheme, the overall cost of the property was also increased but since it would have been difficult for me to pay the EMI and rent side by side, I have chosen this scheme only.

But it is for over 8 months since the builder is not paying the interest amount of the loan. They are not even replying to my request. This causes extreme hardship for me to pay the full EMI and also the rent for my present accommodation.

Amrapali adarsh awas yojna cheated from the very beginning through the brochure about their approval from central bank of india and canara bank but when these banks were contacted/applied for remaining 80%home loans they refused grant of home loan and their alliance with amrapali leisure valley private ltd,. /amrapali adarsh awas yojna. Furthermore, unit r-1706 allotted to us falls under amrapali verona heights while all the documents viz. Welcome letter, demand letter and agreement documents were issued from amrapali adarsh awas yojna. So the unit r-1706 allotted to us is controversial. Amrapali leisure valley private ltd failed to provide legal documents required for grant of home loan demanded by us required by the banks. Accordingly, refund of rs562055/- paid to them and rs12595/- paid to investors clinic infratech pvt ltd was requested through several letters since july 2016 but they have not refunded any amount till date.

Booked flat in amarpali builders for project golf homes in greater noida west, po-session date promised by builder was july 2015 know after 2 years of delay still no work is being done on site with no labour. If we go to office of builder no one is there.

We need posession of project and work completed asoon as possible.

Rent paid during that period.
Cost for mental harassment. Rs 500000
Builder promised delay charges as on date.

We need all things before we get psoession

I have invested my hardearned money in booking a flat in amrapali leisure park in 2012. The possession was expected in 2014. But till date the project is not completed. I have already given 80% of the flat value against which i am paying a big emi. Its a real trauma for my family. We are undergoing a great mental tension these days.
Kindly do something against the builder so that we either get our money back or our flat be handedover to us asap.

Full payment has already been made, but for one year there is no communication from the builder. No one is picking up telephone at their corporate office. There is total uncertainty and i do not know whom should i approach?
