Dear sir,

I have booked flat in terrace home – centurian park project in 2012. As per the agreement, flat should be delivered in 2015, however, still flat is not delivered. I have paid 80% of amount. Since last two years, there is no progress on work. I went to site 5 days back & surprised there is no labor working there and condition is same as in 2015. Hence, i request to please look into the matter and help us get the our home soon. I am paying high rent since last two years. As well, i have came to know that amrapali sold this property to anther builder and we don't have any assurance from amrapali & new builder.

I booked a flat in amrapali adarsh awas yojna in december 2015. Till now, no construction have started. My unit number is a1 10 06. I really dont know what to do as i got a call from investor clinic informing me about the horrors of amrapali builder as they will not start construction because of no money. Since i have a subvention plan and i already had paid them the amount and the bank from where my loan is running has already given them the said amount. Is there a way to get rid of this? I want cancellation of my flat and wants refund. A compete fraud company. Have booked a flat in amrapali awas yojna. It was the worst mistake of my life to book a flat with amrapali in their adarsh awas yojna. They had taken money as per their terms and not even the digging work has started till date. On asking to quit from the project, they are not even paying the money back. Government and regulators are all puppets in their hand and no one attends the calls and if you visit their site office then, they don't have any replies. I just want a cancellation and wants a refund.

I have book a flat in amrapali golf homes project in december 2014 and it was committed by builder that no emi to be paid till possesion, but they have stopped the paying intt instalment since 9 months (Dec 16) neither they pick phones. We have put our hard earned money in this flat and the builder has taken 90% amount of flat value and we are going to be loan defaulter in comming days. Please arrange to resolve it

I am a very normal middle class person and you cheated me and taken money from bank and now bank is pushing me to pay dues… From where i will get money. They are asking for 10 to 14 lakhs and i have dependent family.

Bank person is calling me and telling me i have to pay otheriwse your cibil score will be effected, we will take you to the court, there you have to pay the lawyer fees and whole lot of things. I dont have that money and i am single paying person in my family, please support me. I am getting mad and felling ot of mental pressure.

Flat booked in july 2010 under flexi payment plan. Based on flexi payment at different construction phases has been paid 100% i. E., rs. 3275827.00. Last payment was paid in 2014. Only rs. 2.50 lakh has remained and will be paid at the time of possession.
Construction of the building is stagnant since last 2/3 years. Only skeleton of building is available without any finishing/ development work in the building. Several reminders have been sent to the builders without any response.

Please instruct the developer to handover the flat at earliest.

Hi i'm virendra, booked flat in amrapali centurian park low rise in dec 2010 and haven't received possession yet.
Builder keep on doing false pro misses and was supposed to deliver flat in 2015 and still they are no where.
As per agreement they supposed to pay penalty on late possession but that's i think is only applicable for flat buyer.
I want to file a legal case, please help and link me through any active group.

Dear sir,
I had booked two flats in amrapali golf homes unit no – tower a3/1803 & c2/2004 in march 2016. As you promised me that you will be paying all my emi's ie monthly home loan installment till possession. As a surety you gave me cheques quarterly basis. Because of such lucrative scheme i had booked two flats. Otherwise it was impossible for me to booked two flats. For last four months you failed to deposit my emi's and hence your all emi cheques bounced. Bankers continue follow-up to me for paying emi and i'm not able to pay. So pls pay my emi on regular basis till possession or surrender the flat and repay back my bank loan.
Kindly update me asap.

This has referenced to our complaint regarding the Delay in possession. I would like to inform that I have booked a flat Unit No.Z-203, ASC on Plot No. GH-01/A, Sec – 76, Noida, Distt.Gautam Budh Nagar, UP in the name of Mrs.Madhuri Bansal. It was commited by the company that possession will be handed over on 07.01.2013.and thereafter at the end of 2015.
I am deeply saddened and anguished by your action towards your customers. I have written to you so many times and seeked possession of the flat which you was promised to. It was my hard earned money. I cannot let it go like that. Please let me know the date of Possession of my unit. I am living in rental accommodation and I do not have the resources to finance delays on account of your inefficiencies. In Today’s time with so many builders around it is difficult to make trust in the market as once you have made. However your Neglance to your customers query will do no good to you.
Thus Once Again I am requesting you to give possession of my flat which belongs to me as soon as possible.
Kindly give me the possession of my unit or refund my all payment with interest @ 24% per annum.As soon as possible.
