Need to return this product as size is small, quality also seems to be low. I can’t see any difference between sports bra n Air bra. Kindly do the needful . Size says its free but couldn’t fit me. I confirmed from executive on chat he said it will fit me but it’s too small for me n also want to know return policy when can I get my money back. Very unhappy with product

On 26th april received three seamless air bra against subject order. But size is too small. As written on tag, it is baby bra. Actually we have ordered bra for adult. Same has been cross verified when your representative called us for delivery confirmation on 20th april. Your customer care representative refused to listen and explain as how a small size bra can fit to size of 34/36?
No positive response from your team. They are asking me to needful and courier. But you have supplied us wrong size. Why you can not appoint someone to collect it and givs us correct replacement?

I had ordered a magnetic get set go belt probably in the month of october do not know exact detail of order date, but instead of our product we had got slimming belt. When i requested for change customer care asked me to send the slimming belt to there address and they will send our product, it has been a month since i posted the project from mysore post office, when i tracked the order i got the proof of delivery for the project, the project is delivered to and package is been opened, but still iam not getting my product, when i call the customer care they are saying the project is still not yet reached there office

I had ordered for the above product, my order no is 5088954, vide coupon no 5089943 dated 13/6/19. The product was defective, which was couriered to ur company on17/6/19 through professional couriers, bill no ggn51091790. It is more than one and a half month now that i have not received the replacement of above product despite my several complaints to ur customer care. They always say ur product will be delivered to you within a few days. But till date no luck.

Refer to my last (6th July’18) telephonic conversation had with you, I have sent back the defective “Sensa light Sensitive Hair remover” which was supplied by you.This has happened 2nd time. Earlier the equipment sent by you was 2nd hand/used one. Necessary evidences/photos have already shared with you on your WA nos. [protected] & [protected].

PLEAS NOTE – I have incurred the courier/postal charges twice while sending this defective stuff back to you.

As discussed with you, either credit the necessary amount with interest to my account OR send me the proper, correct working product immediately to avoid the legal action against you thro. consumer court.

Two blades were provided. The smaller blade is working and the bigger blade for cutting bigger hair is not working. When i rang up your customer care, they say that they can’t do anything and i have to throw it. I asked if spare blade can be supplied, they say it is not possible. Do you mean to say i have to throw it after paying 1500.
