I purchased 32 GB Dynamo Spy Pen Camera from you after seeing it Anand India site. These are the details mentioned in my bill

It is mentioned on the refund policy page of their site that and I Quote
“Refund option for you:
If Customer is not satisfied with our product, just give us a call and ask for the replacement of the product. We will give him/her a credit note (we will give extra 5% on the purchase amount for his/her next purchase) Through courier after receiving the parcel and customer will also get a call from ANAND INDIA that we have received your parcel.
Return: If Customer is not agree with our credit note. We will return 75% to them and 25% will be deducted from the purchase amount.”
Details of the deficiency in the product
The paint coating from its tip is chipped away but even bigger issue is the camera quality, which was so poor that you could hardly see a thing in the recorded video. The pen is useless as it fails to do the only thing it is supposed to do, that is make good quality video.
So it is useless for making videos or doing sting operations.
I called their customer care on the same day but they refused to refund the money stating that it is non refundable. When I told them that it is mentioned on their site's refund policy page. They said that only some product are eligible for refund and this product is not eligible for it. But it is not mentioned on either their site's refund policy page or the product page of this pen. How am I supposed to know that, if it isn't mentioned on their own site?
After arguing for some time they asked for us to message them on whatsapp, the picture and video of the pen which I did on the same day along with a comparison video made by my phone in the exact same place, lighting and condition. Next day around 3 pm they asked for the registered phone number. I message them that along with transaction ID and Order No. but got no reply.
On 17 July 2015, I called again and was told by a lady from customer care to again message via whatsapp the video and picture along with details, which I did but still haven't received a word from your side. Since then I have tried calling the customer care several times but the line is always busy.
On 18 July 2015, I sent an email with my complaint to customer care along with a copy of bill, a picture of the pen and a video recorded by the pen but haven't got a reply till now.
Then I sent them a notice according to the format mentioned on consumer forum and told them that they have 15 days to settle my grievance by providing a refund of full amount with suitable interest (12%) or else I will file a complaint in the Consumer Forum as I am protected under the Consumer Protection Act of 1986.
and that the consumer complaint will be at their cost and expenses, and I will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services.
Its been 25 days since then and I haven't got a reply from then till now.
I kindly request you to please look into the matter. Any help will be much appreciated.
