I had ordered spy pen camera from Anand India Online shopping order no.279427 through Vpp they sent product on 1112112 after receiving product when I tested product
I found Faulty, It is not working from the day first. then i called to customer care of the company, they are not responding now, and just talking fake that they will call back but then no call have come yet . the company is totally fake, deceiving people .
After that I also bought same spy pen from Rediff Shopping at cheaper Rs 500 only but this type again cheaters. Rediff shopping biggest cheater. You just pay and forgot think you have donated to them.
Now I have bought new pen from Spy Camera eBuy (www.spycameraebuy.in) which is quite good quality at reasonable price Rs 899.

We have purchased mini sewing machine worth rupees 2289 on 24 August 2015 from Anand India. Order No. 1710257.
Since we didn't liked the product we have returned it. Their customer care executive informed us that we wont get our money refunded instead we have to purchase some other product from Anand India. So we ordered Aakansha set of 5 heavy designer sarees worth rupees 3089 and we have to pay remaining[protected] rupees on arrival of the product.
But til now we have not received the product. We have called many times to customer service and raised many complaints. Each time their customer care executive just gave us fake promise that our product will receive in 8 days but it never happened. We just kept spending hundreds of rupees for calling them. Its been going on for the past three months.

After so many complaints, they said product (akansha designer sarees) has been dispatched though "my packet courier" on 28-Oct-15 and consignment number given was 96085096. But i checked the same no. in mypacket courier website i couldn't find any tracking details with this consignment number.
Again i wrote a my to anand india stating this fake delivery of product but they are not responding my mails.
Now i have lost my patience and i felt like being cheated by Anand India.
I have informed them about complaining in consumer forums but they are not bothering it.
It seems they are advertising in television and cheating innocent consumers like us.

I purchased the sweat belt on 10-Jan-2016, Transaction id: 2094676, Order no.[protected] and the cost is 1989 incl. delivery charges. however, the sweat is not coming at all as showed in the advertisement, also I am experiencing electric shock If I touch and person wearing another belt. I called up the customer case but did not get the proper answer they made me to wait for long and did not answer at all. completely fraud item and dangerous.

Dear sir, while watching on tv I booked one fry pan under transaction Id 1175337 from anand India and paid 2499/on delivery, when I open the parcel I found the product damaged and immediately file a complain with anand India vide no. 82483.while responding my complain they directed me to send the photographs of damaged part which I send them on their mail adress ([protected]@anandindia) but even after my various complaints since July 2014 they dint respond..To my various complaints while acknowledge the receipt of my email they always replying that we received your email and will get back to you ASAP regards Sumit Customer Care [protected]/36) but never Contact me.with the result i found myself cheated by this company by delivering the damaged product against my hard earning money i paid to them. I purchased the sweat belt on 15 Feb-2016, Transaction id: 2195774, Order no.[protected] and the cost is 1989 incl. delivery charges. however, the sweat is loose no elasticity at all. Itt does not meet anything showed in the advertisement, it is clear cut of misguiding also two customer care numbers given is not in existence everytime the number is dialled it says number is not existing I. I called up the Anand india they say everytime i call them call customer care but customer care number given by them is not working I have used my hard earned money to purchase this belt but in this condition it is of no use to me . Please replace the belt with new one or refund my money as soon as possible awaiting your reply

I have just now received your SMS regarding spy camera and some old bitter memories have come to surface.
It is long back I purchased a spy camera from you which was found faulty on its recept by me and this fact was immediately reported to you.
I was advised to return the product. I sent it through courier service at my own cost of Rs.150/-
The AWB No. and other details were also supplied to you.
One of your executive, Miss SWARNA confirmed having receiived the product and advised me that I shall receive the replacement within a week.
After that nothing was DONE. My MAILS AND PHONE CALLS WERE NEVER ATTENDED.
If Miss Swarna is still with you, you may confirm it from her.
I though that your company may be a very small company and will never attend my complaint.
If yours is a genuine companny, go through your old record and send the product immediately OR PLEASE STOP SENDING SUCH SMS TO THE CUSTOMERS.

An order(#2273599) was placed on 23.Feb.2016 through a phone call to Anand India ([protected]) since the order could not be placed online as the website anandindia.in is not working properly.

As product not received even till 29.Feb.2016, even though a commitment of 3-4 working days was given, a call was made to Anand India and my sister's call was redirected to the Tracking Deptt. who informed that the product has been shipped out on 24.Feb.2016.My sister was assured the product would be delivered by the next day i.e 01.Mar.2016 after my sister informed that she would not be available at the listed address after 04.Mar.2016 as her leave was getting over.

A third call on 02.Mar.2016 was again rerouted to the Tracking Deptt and my sister was asked to wait till 3 :00 PM on 03.Mar.2016.

A call to Anand India at 4:00PM on 03.Mar.2016 was again routed to the Tracking Deptt.My sister was frustrated with this repeated rerouting of calls to the Tracking Deptt without any effective results and hence she told the AI representative that if the product is not delivered by 04.Mar.2016, then they can cancel the order as she will not be available at the listed address to receive the parcel.

Though the AI representative said he would get back within 10 mins, yet no call was made.Around 6:30PM a call from [protected], a caller from Bhubaneshwar identifying himself as the courier-wala tried to confirm the address.Even on being given a very prominent landmark(Govt Bus Stand and Aahar outlet), he was very abusive and on being asked when he would deliver the parcel, did not give any definite time.He had absolute no regard that my sister has to travel tomorrow.My sister's 2 consecutive calls to AI after that to get the name of the courier company who has been given the franchisee for Bhubaneshwar were not fruitful.

It took 3 consecutive calls from my sister to AI for this abusive call from the courier company.The courier company probably would not have delivered it if my sister would not have made those calls.The main concern here is what if my sister gets a used and re-packaged product?

Dear sir,

Please refer complaint nos – 440887 / 441964 / 442442 / 442605 / 480899 and attached photographs of product. I purchased from anand india who claims to be genuine / trusted online site. I purchased sweat slimming belt (1 xl & 1 xxl) which was delivered to my home address on 11th february, 2016 and since i was on maharashtra tour, i used it on 13th february, 2016. When it was delivered, my wife used it for couple of days but observed that there is no sweat happening. The mantra of your product is "sweat – sweat – sweat & lose weight" which didn't happen. When i returned from my tour, i used it and found the same. So i wrote to anand india and they replaced the material.

Unfortunately same thing happened again and this time i am really disappointed with the product and quality and hence i wanted complete refund as i also feel cheated. Or some alternative needs to be worked out here.

Now see these attached images and you only judge the quality anand india provided to me. Last time i was told that probably my first lot was manufacturing defect and replacement will be proper but the same thing happened with replacement too. The only difference is first lot lasted only for 1 day and second lot lasted for 3 days.

I complained again and they agreed to choose alternative and i chose, "hirshita women's leggings – set of 7". But now they have put condition in front of me that i will need to deposit money in to their account first along with courier of faulty material before they send replacement to me which i am not agreeing. When i am ready to pay cash on delivery and handover material (In case i need to courier than they company should bare courier cost) they should not put such conditions to me as part of company policy.

I am sure company policy also says quality products the way it's shown in the tv. I have clear proof that what type of material was sent to me at first and which material was sent as replacement which has also not lasted for long. As i mentioned i am ready for the difference amount and even ready to handover your stock with me but, , ,

1. I will pay cash on delivery. If company policy doesn't allow them to do this below rs. 500 transaction, take this as an exception. I can't go to bank to deposit rs. 300. I too have my own work to do.

2. If i need to dispatch stock to company, they should confirm who will bare cost of courier? I am not going to bare as it's faulty material sent by company and not me. I am not at all interested in such mail exchanges and material change time and again. Company should have sent genuine material at one go only.

So tell me who will bare the courier cost? And why don't company do it on delivery basis. I can hand over material to company delivery boy along with difference amount.

Such companies should not be given permission for advertising their fake products and cheat consumers. We pay our harden money not to be cheated for sure.

Looking forward to some resolution to my complaint.
