sir,
i have taken andhra bank account on dec 27, 2007 for atm purpose only.
But till now, i didn't get atm card issued.
Actually once i got ATM but didn't get PIN, so when i asked about this, they asked me to apply for new pin. And i applied for 5 times, but didn't get any pin. Finally i applied for new ATM itself, but now also the same result.
I lost my patience sir…

My name is M.Praveen Kumar i have account with Andhra Bank Mahabub Nagar Branch code 350 and my A/CNo ABG NO [protected] .On[protected] i have deposited a check in said branch vide check no 102692 Micrno [protected] of SBI Kalwakurthy branch. Till today no amount had been credited in my account. I have sent my brother many times(8) and also sent local sub -Inspector Sri Shanker and other constables to enquire the matter, officer told them that it will be deposited within a day or two but till know there is no result it is already one month. As iam working in Hyderabad and I am not able to go Mahabubnagar and feeling very bad with the Neligent attitude of Branch Manager and staff .Kindly help me and let me know progess and stage why my check held up and why there is abnormal delay. through my cell no [protected]

i withdrew amount in andhra bank atm using my sbi atm card. since all atm has centralized .but In my 1st withdrawn of Rs.25000 my balance is Rs.103330 but after my 2nd withdrawal it has shown Rs.78330 as my balance.so then i checked the ministatement in another nearby sbi atm and it shows that i have withdrawn Rs.25000 twice.

To Whom It May Concern: Account debited without cash disbursement at Andhra bank.

I am an ICICI bank customer and was trying to withdraw money from Andhra bank ATM near by my locality. On 8th of Sept I requested to withdraw 6500/- to my surprise, I kept on waiting and machine did not disbursed cash. After around 20 second I got message saying transaction declined. Thinking of link/other technical issue, I tried once again and this time I got error message saying "insufficient fund". My account balance is 10.5k. So I was fully firm that I have money in my account. I gave another try and received the same error message. Then I decided to go to another bank – HDFC ATM near by. There also I tried to withdraw 6.5k and got he same error.

Finally, I went to ICICI bank ATM, as I reached at ATM i got an SMS saying that your account has been debited with Rs.6500, I went and took a mini statement and found that the transaction in reference has been already debited from my account. It made completely nervous and speechless, money I was withdrawing to pay rent and I promised to pay my land lord.

I called ICICI customer care, conveyed my plight, they ask me entire details to raise a complaint. They are saying that it will take 12 working days as per RBI norms to get this issue resolved. Today it is 4th day, every day I am making a call to them to get the status update but they their stand are clear 12 working days (The way they reply looks like there into 1980's banking system.)

I am travelling through completely rough/tough whether (Financial) now, I wanted that money to pay my house rent, my land lord everyday he is asking, I explained him the problem, being a layman, he is not ready to accept my genuine problem. He has his own liability to pay.

I am salaried have limited inflow of fund, due to unforeseen requirements, entire inflow from salary was commuted immediately. The fund I received for paying rent was a position which I was having in the market. I sold it loosing 60% of it to pay off my rent and other dues. I was not knowing that the money which I brought paying rent and other immediate liability will go to Andhra bank's ..not sure.. who is enjoying at my cost and suffering.

I am requesting/suggesting to the RBI policy maker, there might be thousand of incident like this. This may result into a source of fund for commercial baker to keep them fully liquid at no cost and other's suffering.

a) 12 working days meaning nearly three weeks time lease reduce this time lag, we are not in 1980's banking system. Technology has evolved in its own way; we are into global cyber colony. A manager of Andhra bank sitting at Mumbai or central monitoring cell must be knowing this incident using his terminal. He does not want to act immediately that is a different thing, he should be aware that this is global competition world, he can keep neglecting only for few days and not forever. This type of incident going ahead will put them in danger, not sure whether he will get salary or not? Pvt Sector will take over.

b) There must be compensation to customer both in terms of fine and interest. A banker never compromise/fail to charge customer, similarly its should pay to customer as per their existing norm.

c) RBI should be stringent in its policy, imagine If I would have been out station, this incident must have put me to sell off my belonging such as watch, clothes etc.

Sir, I have an savings account in Andhra Bank, Buxi bazar, cuttack, orissa, I regularly draw money from different Bank ATM Counters, on 28/07/2009 I visited the AXIS Bank ATM Centre at Mahanadi vihar, Cuttack, Orissa, when I inserted the card and after typed my Pin number the report came out that your has declined but it surprised I saw that the amount of Rs 4000/- has been deducted from my account.

I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and see that my amount of Rs 4000/- will be credited again to my account.

I am customer of Andhrabank (Branch: Chittoor Name :V.Kasturi, account no :205076)
i made a online transaction of rupee 15000 from ICICI bank to this andhrabank account, i didnt recieve the money in the andhra bank account .
if i ask ICICI bank they said the money is transfer to the andhrabank account and gave me the RBI refference number and ask me to check with the andhra bank .
when i went to andhra bank they said, they didnt recieve the money and they are tellin me to ask the icici bank .
what should i do to get my money back???

hi sir,
i Shaik Abdul Shukur is having a current account in the chilakaluripet andhra bank branch, since from 7 years.
sir 6 months back my cheque is stolen by an unknown person and the bank people issued him 50,000/- on that cheque and the signature is wrong this was agreed by the bank manager and the staff also.
we have already gave complaint aganist it to the regional manager but as if now no response from them.
please suggest us what to do.

Provisional Certificate for Home Loan
HI,

I have a home loan in Machilipatnam Hindu college branch.

I had requested the bank to provide a Provisional certificate for the finanacial year April 2010-MArch2011
with the details of principal adn Intrest that i need to pay for the above mentioned financial year.

But the current manager was saying that he can't provide the certificate. Since he can't give a statement like this since the intrest rate is subject to change during the year. He said, he can only give certificate mentioning only intereset.

But all the other banks provide similar kind of statemetns .
I was not able to avail tax benift becuase of this.
