I am customer of AB (Branch: Sultan Bazar Name :S.V.Sirish)for the last 5 years and my ATM PIN got blocked sometime ago.So I Applied for a new PIN.Despite repeated attempts i could not get ATM PIN So far.So Please help me.

Sir, I am the Andhra Bank .B a/c holder bearing no [protected] at Abid road branch,Hyderabad. I applied for internet banking codes from the bank authorities on 01/01/2010. I recieved the log in P.W to my home address hrogh courier on 18/01/2010.I was informed in it get log on with in 15 days and also that my user ID will be despatched in a seperate courier.It is now 29/01/2010 and i am yet to get the User ID. Pl see that it is sent immediately or contact my E mail ID given above atonce so that i can get on with my operatin of the internet and transact further with my above S.B account.

Sub: Erroneous debit of an amount of Rs 15,000.00(Fifteen thousand) while attempting to withdraw from ANDHRA ATM at Saidapet, Chennai on 15/09/09 – Reg:
Ref: My Debit Card No.[protected] of IOB
I was on official tour from 14 to 17/09/09 in Chennai and wanted to withdraw an amount of Rs 15,000.00 to attend to some emergent expenditure and attempted to withdraw the same from the ATM centre of ANDHRA Bank at Saidapet at about 11 AM. Eventhough, I couldn’t get the said amount, a slip has come out mentioning no details, which is enclosed herewith. But subsequently when I tried to withdraw from the same ATM, a statement has appeared on the Monitor that my maximum daily withdrawal limit has been crossed.
Surprisingly, when I have received the updated Pass Book for IOB on 18/09/09, it has come to my notice that an amount of Rs 15,000.00 has been shown as withdrawn from this ATM.
At this juncture, it is requested that you may please bestow your personal attention on this matter and arrange to debit back the amount to my SB A/c No.6423 of IOB, Vridhachalam Branch.

sir, iam the visagold card from Andhrabank vide my card no.[protected]
and im have withdrawn cash in the month of Deember-2009 an amount of Rs.10,000/ fwith my credit card, but ihave not get any cash from AB ATM-Gadwal.again i have put my card into ATM and drawn Rs,5000/ but 2nd time also i didnot get any cash fwith my card .but it was showing thecash balance is only Rs.seven thousand.meen while from ATK any receipt not getting to complaint to the bank.it was also a major problem from ATM-GADWAL.hence give best service to the customers and restotre my problem i.e. available balance

Dear Sir,

Sub: Cash not received in ATM but Amount has Debited in my A/c.

I hereby wish to inform that, I was trying to withdraw the Money from the ATM in Andhra Bank, in HSR Layout Bangalore around 8.25PM on dt 20.10.2009 twice. But the transaction was denied But I didn’t received any receipt due to ATM receipt problem. But after this I checked my balance in other Bank ATM(HSR Layout Bangalore around 8.44pm) and at that time I was surprised to see that the amount of Rs.4000/- was Debited in my Account.

I request you to please rectify the error and credit that amount to my account.

I Maganvir Singh have a saving account No. [protected] in Andhra Bank in Branch 1268 Dwarka Sec.11, New Delhi 110075.On 17/08/09 when withdrawing Rs. 2800 only ATM card came out but no money but Rs. 2800 were deducted from my account same way I lost another Rs. 1500 on 18/08/09 . total Rs.4300 lost in two says.In both cases I was using Oriental Bank of Commerce ATM. I gave two applications at branch office. Now I dont have any information of my application. Branch didn't gave me any receipt of my application nor they are providing any information.

I opened an SB account wth Andhra Bank a month back vide the account number [protected] and applied for internet banking. Even though I received the usename & password, my bank not received the transationid.

Meanwhile, I tried to open the internetbanking and typed the correct userid[protected] & password[protected] near about 5 to 6 times. Finally it lapsed.

Kindly help regarding the two problems.
