I have ordered one pease but they have given a delivery of sari that to cost around 100 rupees in indian local market i need my money back. This is a 1st time happened in my life time. I will never order anything from such pathetic shopping website which they give wrong delivery that to for such a high cost i want strick action to be taken against them n want my refund and some ppl should come to take that parcel back from my location

I opened a demat account some time back and was assigned a rm (Rohan vinayak gupte) who is a dumb and does not know any thing. Then i spoke to nitin from the rm department few days back about changing rm because every time i spoke to rohan, he speak #. He doesn't even know what is e blabbering. I am asking something he will tell something else. So i asked for a manager or supervisor to speak with. And this nitin came on call and mentioned he is the manager/supervisor. I told him to change my rm to some one else because of the above reason, and he said will get that done by the end of the day. And now its been more then a week and that has not been done. So today i call them to inquire about the same and something interesting happened. I spoke to dimple and asked about the change status and she said the change has not been done. So i asked can i talk to the supervisor nitin. Then she said nitin is not a supervision but he just a agent like she is.

This is absolutely not professional. An agent comes on call and address himself as supervisor. Just lying and trying to finish the call just like that. This should be dealt seriously.

I am writing to request refund of brokerage amount which was rs 32400/- deducted from my demat account, client code s237267 in the name of shafiqueddin a quazi.

On 4th april 2019, trade was done on bank nifty and brokerage was rs 72 per lot i was told by your executive that rs 15 per order will be charged due to changes in plan 1st april 2019, moreover, on 2nd april 2019. I was assured that my plan will be changed in 48 hours. But mr rahul, s (Angle broking sales executive) mobile number ([protected]) is also not reachable since then,
I am really disappointed with the services from angle broking in addition rs 32400/- + gst was deducted from my demat account,
I have filed compliant regarding the same and had conversation with miss. Sonali (Relationship manager [protected]) is that time there is no response from there end

In the view of above it would be greatly appreciated.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could do the needful.

I have placed the sell order lupin pe 800 on dated 24.04.19 at price 3.00. And the lupin pe 800 had reached at price 3.00 on dated 24.04.19 but still my sell order was not executed. My order has canceled.
Why? I have lost rs 2100. Please investigate and refund my money.

Hi,

With the reference to my previous complain service reference no is[protected] i deeply like to inform you that mr. Avhijit banerjee who is my current relationship manager broken all the promises again which he made to me after my first complain.
Just to provide you few background i like describe you how angel broking and his employee mr. Avijit banarjee cheated me.
When i first opened his account he promised me he will give me noticeable profite. I inversted 1, 00, 000 rs to angel broking through mr. Avijit.
With in 3 month without informing me he did unauthorized transaction and lost all my money. Whatever small profit he did for me those call i provided to him.
When my account went to negative balance and after my first complain he and his franchisee owner called me from some different phone number (Other than official) multiple times and again asked for some amount and promised me he will recover my loss with that amount. I again trusted him and paid him 6000 rs again. Again he did unauthorized transaction and lost all my money.
I am in a deep problematic situation right now because i trusted your company and mr. Avhijit.in this circumstances, i am requesting you to change my relationship manager to some real knowledgeable dealer and ensure the recovery of my money with immediate effect.
Please go through my account transaction and you will be able to understand what kind o[censored]nprofessional and unskilled transaction mr. Avhijit did with my account and as a result i lost 1.06 l rs.
I am going to complain against your company to sabi and if necessary i shall go to consumer court if you not take any action to recover my money. I shall spread my experience with you to all possible social networking site and broking firm review portal.
I am waiting for your prompt response regarding this matter. Hope you understand my situation and take the appropriate action to maintain the goodwill of your company.

I am a student and I used angel broking service around 3 years ago and their trading guy did my trade without my proper consent and I lost around 12k and that was a second trade of my life and i had a capital of 20k and i lost 12k on my 2nd trade because of their trading guy and for a student this was very sad and anger feeling to lost 12k in a single day So after some time I stopped trading and they keep on sending me messages on gmail so i called them to close my account but they did not and yesterday i called them again mailed them and then one guy said you have to pay 1500 for closing your account.This is a point where i am so angry on this brokerage firm and I am here to complain and i will not pay even though i am a student i will pay in court but not to their brokerage firm.Those who can help me please mail me at : [protected]@gmail.com

On 18th april 2019, i bought 2 lots of pc jeweller future april series

The trade was made at 9.20.41 am @ 160.30
I had put sell order for the same lots @ 161 on 9.22.30 am

But the trade was shown as pending and didnot executed even though the rate had gone much higher than 161.00

There was enough volume and liquidity to support the trade.
The rate was 161 till 9.25 as shown in the above attachment.

But due to sudden drop the trade was square off due to mtm.

How did my trade got into mtm when i already put below market rate for selling. The rate was above my selling price for more than 3 mins so why it was showing pending?
Need your revert on priority, kindly do the needful,
I had spoken to my dealer – mrs mayuri who checked the whole stuff and advised me to send this in mail also she agreed with the points i discussed but she could find out the exact way to sort out the same hence she requested to make this on mail communications. Please check and revert.

Dear sir,
I am pankaj gaikwad. On 1 feb 2019 i made buy position on indiabulls hsg fin limited at price 691.65 and square off position at price 670.
But due to system auto square off sell trade execute before actual market closing time at 14:46:04 at price 672.25. So, i made loss of near about rs 1500. Solve this problem and recover my losses. Thank you
