Today i have received call from person aayush from angel broking. I told him i don't want to open deemat account. Today at evening i wrongly text him by thinking that he another guy but he told me that why you registered you number at our company. Is it ethical behavior of a person. I was planning to open at past but i have changed my mind. So who is he to say that.

Client id kolk2xx5, trying to operate my account for over an year now. Visited office thrice, deposited form at office and mailed form to hyderabad office. Verification call came but they said they'd do a whatsapp video call, which never happened. We are losing money because of their inefficiency. They keep harassing us, and none of their employees seem to work for more than 2 months. Every time we try to call back and ask about the progress, we hear that person doesn't work with them anymore. Is there anything called accountability and responsibility?

My account has been suspended due to non submission of family declaration form. However i have sent the required form on 12 sep 2019 in their given address in email communication through professional courier. On 16 sep 2019, they have received my form. Till now they have not acted anything. Does an activation requires 14 days and more despite submitting the required documents.
Their team at andheri office, ms ashika suresh puthran sent me the email seeking the required form to be sent to their branch address. I did it, but they were unable to reactivate my account even after 14 days of receiving my request form. These many days i am unable to trade. Who is going bear the my loss.
Their support team has also stopped responding my complaint which was raised by me vide sl. No.[protected]

I havr registered in your website but i haven't received my login credentials and poa form or any account activation mail yet. I think my account verification process is not yet completed. But in my contract notes brokerage is levied on transaction value. I called many times to customer care and they are negligibly saying. At present they are not lifting my phone also. I've transfered ₹1008 Thursday 21/11/19 in Starting And again i transfered ₹1600. Actually They've mentioned ₹0/Trade for Equity Delivery, And After 4days (Excluding Saturday and Sunday) The Ledger Balance is ₹-10. I lost whole ₹2608.I have Screenshots of some but not from starting transfer amount. This was a hardwork money. And also i called customer care and they told you don't have balance for Withdrawal. Please Help me i just want my money back. And i never use or Invest in trading in Angel Broking. Please Help.

I have been invested my hard earned money 3 lacs angel gold product 18 months back (Todays value is 2.15 lacs). Now they are saying that, they are closing the angel gold product.

We have planned for long term investment to get good profits. But due to there internal issues they closing the product and asking us transfer balance to dp account.

Due to their problem they are closing the product. Hence they are responsible for the loss

Worst service ever i have an issue regarding the account suspension its been like six months and the issue is not resolved yet, i am really fed up with their service there has been multiple verifications but its is in suspended state, i need an explanation for this i dont even understand what kind of technical team they are having, i hope this issue will be resolved or else i am going stop my service for angel broking.

I have regenerated the password through the forgot password option. But after password generation when i have tried to log in at https://trade.angelbroking.com/Login/ the system still showing the message 'user suspended'.

Furthermore, while registering for online trading the system showing error message 'user already register with that angelid'. The account was suspended due to inactivity and i want to enable it again.

I have sent many email and made numerous calls but there is no response.
