I have applied for PF settlement in June 2011, and company has done the process & submitted to PF offie at Bandra, Mumbai Location on 17/10/2011 to settle the claim. The claim is still not settled I have personaly visited to in january month at PF office Bandra. I found that claim settlemnt will take time one month more to settle & credit to account.

Without informing me, Angel Broking, cunningham road, Bangalore has traded and made huge loss of around 7 lakhs. This has been done by them mostly during Jan, Feb, March 2012 months.

They have also transferred money from one segment to other segments and traded on their own without my consent.

When I wrote to [protected]@angelbroking.com, they responded back saying that SMS and emails has been sent. But the system has generated SMS and emails after they traded without my consent.

When I asked them to provide the necessary phone conversations or call records, they are not able to provide, since they have traded without any such conversations.

I have reported a complaint to National Stock Exchange, India during April 2012 and still waiting for the response.

When I ask for relevant records, one of the branch manager by name Mahantesh behaves in a rude manner and gives a pathetic response. And they are not providing any transaction records.

They are trying to hide and escape from the illegal trading done by them.

I have also filed a complaint under SEBI. I shall file a complaint in Consumer court also, since Angel Broking has played around with my hard earned money.

I sold Coal india and Reliance shares through Angel Broking, Though I had shares in my Dp account they were not transfered by Angel to meet the stock exchange pay out date. Therefore the trade went into Auction without any fault of mine.. Now they are debiting the same DP account and selling shares to recover the money.. No one in Angel @Branch, @ customer care or contact us email is replying to my mails… There is no escalation process on the website… Can someone provide me with escalation process of Angel

Angel Broking Helpdesk staff is most unhelpful staff ever encountered, more-over if you ask for supervisor for reporting NOT routine but a fraudulent activity, even then they wont connect you with supervisor. Even if you get hold off supervisor by shear luck supervisors are incompetent even to acknowledge that Fraudulent transaction being a BIG ISSUE, and are not courteous enough even to honour their call-back commitments, you go up the ladder and all Managers/Regional managers are of same grain. Even if you right direct emails to supervisors they won't even acknowledge the receipt, forget reply.

One thing common among them is they get changed every second month you call them, be it Branch Managers/Relationship managers or similar rank officials, more-over they will join some other stock broking company and will ask you to be members with their new organization.

I suspect them of misusing YOUR PAN NUMBER and other confidential information.

Dear sir/ madam, Im MANISH KUMAR Employee code E30391, Pf A/c no MH/45503/14123. i have workd with angel broking for 10 month, i have submitted my pf aplication 5 months back from now, but when i contact them, above mentioned office they give unsatisfactoy answer, they say it will take again 4 to 6 months… i wuld like to know how much time this process will take?? kindly do something

Having trading account with angel broking. As stock pricing droped i have kept the stock without selling it. in th month of october have received call from one of the excecutive an he guided me in trading. In the begining one or two days he used to call me before trading post my confirmation only he had done the transaction. However after few days i stopped receiving calls from the ecvecutive. But after 2 months when i askes for the holding statement i shick to see that there is no stock availqble in my accountfrom around 35000/- stock i had prior to receive the call from the evecutuve in the month o ovtober 2012. Hence i hambly request the concern authority…. to refund my smount o. Havf 35000/- as earrly as possible. I opened an account in Angel Broking about 2 months ago, thinking that it is a reputed company ( after such cheap and dirty tactics used by them I dont think that the company is REPUTED any more). The sales representative of the company told me brokerage was charged @ 0.03% for Intraday and 0.3% for delivery based transaction initially. And since I have opened account initially with Rs 25000, they told me to reduce the brokerage to 0.02% and 0.2 % respectively within one or two days. We aslo asked about the minimum brokerage per trading day we have to pay. They said no minimum brokerage rule is there. However on checking the contract note it was found that they were charging @ 3 paise per unit (and not on turnover) on maximum of the stock. They also charge minimum brokerage many times. I brought the discripency in the notice of the company very first day. Firstly they have said we have send letter for approval. Then thereafter they are befooling us by giving us irrelevant excuse (which later on they refuse itself). But no action was taken for full month. Meanwhile I lodge complaint at head office . The complaint was forwarded to Indore office. On talking with Indore Branch Manager, they told that there is a pressure on Sales man to sale the plan , hence they mis sale you the plan (if you know that sales man are befooling the consumer and then also taking his side, this means he already has knowledge about such type of cheap and dirty tactics used by there sales representative). And afterwards they told me that your complaint is resolved (without taking any decision or action). Still the problem is unresolved. As I am very new to Stock market , I request the reader to suggest to lodge complaint against company in Small Investor Protection Forum or to SEBI or file case in Consumer forum.

I bought 500 shares of RANBAXY on 19/10/13 around the price of 347 rs.
The advicer has sold the shares on 20/10/13 on the price of around 305 rs without my consent and I have to book unwilling loss.
I have not been called and informed about the trade.
Before making any trade he has to take my confirmation but my cofirmation was not taken.
I lodge the complain to ANGEL BROKING.
I got the reesolution but not satisfied with the resolution.
I escalated my concern with ANGEL BROKING and waiting for one more resolution.
Till now I did not get resolution and I called many tilmes to ANGEL BROKING.
But they are telling my complain is in process.
More than one month passed.
Plese help me.
