Not receive user ID password
I try’d so many times
Its showing Mobile number already exists
Then what is my user id password
I want to know plz help me
I have a Client Account in Angel Broking. I haven’t used it for more than a year. There is a negative balance in my Account. Now I want to sell my shares so tried to login. However, it shows as “User Suspended”. I call the Customer Service and every time I am getting a different solution. Still not able to login. No one is giving a proper solution. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

My Client ID of Angel Broking is :SEMC10322.. I Forgot my password and tried doing a password reset today at 9.15am..
The Mobile App mentioned that the new password has bee sent to the registered Email and Mobile number.
Since i did not get email or SMS i did the exercise again and repeated it 3-4 times more.
Not a Single SMS was sent by Angel Broking till now, however they are promptly indicating that it being sent to your registered mobile number.
When i checked my email, I did recieve the Mails, however there is Lag time of 5-10 mins for the emial to recieved in my Inbox..
Such poor service has resulted in a loss for me as i could not square off my position.
Lastly thier Customer Support number mentioned in emails, there is no one to answer the calls. Called 6 times and no response. It only rings rings and rings..
Would request you to take this up very strongly for putting customers through such Poor experience and Metal strain.

Its always a case that I either cannot login and place an order, and now, my portfolio isnt showing. Further, though I purchased shares, which were visible in the folio yesterday, no shows that I have margin.

As in subject i mention my funds are missing from angel broking app the firm customer care not availabel. Not even reply on mails

I have made a request to cahnge account number and active segment 7 days back on 17 feb 2021. But still thesame is not processed. You customer care number is not responding.

I am a customer of angel broking.my a/c no.is SAK-267.Inspite of requesting for my ledger a/c details several times from the ANGEL BROKING B/O-JOHALMARKET,JALANDHAR,i didnot get my ledger details.due to which i have to close my account on 22nd october,2010,as i was unable to find out the commission being charged from my account.

I was approached by Angel Broking agent Kamal Bhatia to open trading account. He said he wanted to complete his target and if i opened account in Dec 2010 with initail cheque deposit of Rs.25000, no account opening or any other charges will apply. also, i will have to pay no maintainence fee for 1 year. He showed his sincere work and i opened account with him.
After opening account, the charged were levied, all charges upto Rs 500 were cut from 25000 and i called him and told the same. He said to continue trading and he will do needful so that i get my money back. I told him, i wont trade until i get money back. I called him again every alternate day. He never took my call in last 3 weeks. I have called him several times. Later i called one of other agent of angel Jayesh, who said he will talk to kamal and said charges wont get back.
I want to ask Angel, on which grounds they keep such agents who can only cheat people.
Such, cheap minded people like Kamal bhatia o[censored]lhasnagar – 421004, who work for angel broking.
Does Angel broking trains them to behave well before account opening with false promises and then turn back to them and cut charges like hell?
Please someone help.
Also, Recommended: Never open and trading account with Angel Broking. Because, who break your trust, will eat your money too and break trust again.
Say no to Angel Broking.
I have decided to close my account with Angel Broking after suffering initial loss of rs. 500.
Because i dont know if they give more harm to my money later.

Sr. Relationship Manager of ANgel Broking – Mr. Santosh Krishna V has done a mis-selling of one of the products of BSLI – Vision Plan (35 years). He told me that we can stop paying premium after 5 years but we still get the insurance benefits of the plan, wherein the sum assured would be reduced proportionally but will not make a big difference. The only diff will be that the regular bonus additions will stop. However, i recently discovered from the Customer Care of BSLI that if we stop paying premium after three years, the sum assured would be reduced to the premuim amount only.
And also came to know that if i stop after 1st year itself, i wont get any refund. Now because of this mis-selling, i am losing on my premium amount of more than Rs.16,000/- if i stop now (after the 1st premium).
Please help me in this regard as i may lose my faith in Insurance products & the stakeholders of this industry.

THE DEMAND DRAFT WAS SENT FROM SOLAPUR TO PUNE ON 03/07/2010(SATURDAY). THE DD WAS RECEIVED TO YOUR PUNE OFFICE ON 06/07/2010 at SOME AROUND 01.00 pm .
THE FIRST TRADE WAS DONE IN MY A/C ON 06/07/2010 at 01.07pm without my personal intimation by Mr Anup (Commodity dealer )
Also being commodity dealer he has done my trade in equity derivatives.
THE TOTAL TRADE THAT WAS DONE IN MY AC IN only one TRADING SESSION ON 6TH JULY 2010, WAS TOTAL 72 LOTS OF BANKNIFTY WHICH WAS AGAINST MY AMOUNT (i.e 100000/- DD AMOUNT). DESPITE THAT THE AMOUNT WAS ALSO NOT CREDITED TO YOU SO HOW CAN THE TRADE BE DONE IN MY A/C THAT TO WITHOUT MY INTIMATION AND ALSO WITHOUT AMT BEING CREDITED TO YOU .
PLEASE RECTIFY THE SAME AND REVERT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
