I have an Angel Broking account, Account ID G36154 for last 3-4 years, I bought a scrip STEELXIND on a fake call through message naming Angel broking. Since then the stock went into restricted basket and I am not able to sell online as well as offline. I want to close the account and get rid of this share to avoid annual maintenance, but Angel broking customer care says that unless you sell or transfer we will not permit you to close and you have to keep paying the Annual maintenance.
I don’t want the scrip nor account and want to just shut down trading completely.

Till Now The Said SGB Is Not Credited To Demat A/c 36565683.(Angel Broking).
The said SGB Should have been credited on 25th May 2021

I am not able to withdraw the amount as the withdrawal balance is showing zero. All their representatives give the worst service. I am really fed up with your service. I have called more than 50 times and they say rtgs is not updated and I have sent a cancelled cheque and they told it will get updated in 48 hours but it’s been more than 1 week and nothing is done.

I recently opened account with Angel broking on 02/5/2021 and later requested for Futures and options segment activation. They approved it but I’m not able to place the order. I sent multiple mails and called customer support and they are telling we changed the settings and will be resolved. It’s almost 72 hours ..still I’m facing the error. I’m not getting proper response from their support. They won’t follow upon this and how many times I need to explain from starting to customer care. It’s showing activated in my profile but not able to place the order in options segment, this might be due to technical glitch but their support is worst and not able to resolve this. I’m attaching the screenshot. My client code is K256061. Please look into this.

I am shailendra nagar my register no. Is [protected]. My client id is s144686. This guys are so irresponsible with client. I am calling them since morning i talk to more then 5 people but everyone giving me diffident resolution every time. 3 persons tolled me our senior will call you but still no call came to me from angel broking. This guys are playing with client margin without his permission. I have given a payout request of rs 8000 on[protected] at 3:31 pm. They partially approve it. And 5800 rs is still showing pending and this guys has change my request time also from 3:31 to 5pm also. While according to angel rules it should be approve in morning before market opening.. Plz check and do need full actions against them. Last time i talk to miss aarti vishwakarma she was only teaching me manners she was not solving my problem.

I have opened my new trading account in Angel Broking App on 07.04.2021. And I have added 20k amount of fund in this account. But from the next day I can’t log in to the account. It’s showing that “user is blocked for trading”.They asked me to mail with the screenshot of the error and I have already done it on 08.04.2021 and they told me that the problem will be resolved within 48 hours. But till now, the error is exist.I want my money returned.

After opening of account, one of angel broking agent call me and told that “ i am appointed your relationship manager from angel broking and your account mapped with me”. After introduction talk he insisted me to join angel platinum service. I refused to join it in first instance but he told me that i am sending a mail link to you and you just opened the mail link and fill the questionnaire. That will be helpful to provide client centric support in future.

• to believe on their word, i opened a mail link, and again said to him that this mail seems to related with angel platinum advisory service and i did not want to join this. But again he told me that you do not need to worry about it. I assure to you no amount will be deducted from your account. You just fill the questionnaire and submit it.

•then the amount of rs 5000 have bin deducted from my fund after 1 day.
The person who called me told me that if you will be unsatisfied from this service you can get refund before 90 days, and till now i am very much unsatisfied from this service. I did not get proper calls from them and calls are not based on any technical studies.
I strongly demand rs 5000 ruppes will be refunded to my account immediately without deduction of a single rupees.. If my entire money will be not refunded then i will also planning to lodge a complaint with sebi/ nse and other consumer forum sites.
