Today on march 29th, 2020 fastdeals has charged 14.95 to my card unauthorized. A person authorized to use my card bought a meta phonecase on january 19th. The case then arrived on a later date with no issues going forward. However, on march 29th, i was charged 14.95 for an unknown reason, i have not bought or have been on that website recently. I would like to have a full refund of the unauthorized payment of 14.95 to my card.

I ordered a Compfy Cup menstrual cup on January 18 2020 for $4.95 and never received the item. I have, however, been charged $14.95 every month after that from the same company. Frankly, I am pissed. I do not care about receiving the cup but I would like to stop being charged for nothing and expect my money to be refunded! This is illegal. Please send me all my money back immediately

So I woke up this morning to a bank transaction I didn’t agree to from fastdealtoday. I don’t understand what the money is for as I haven’t ordered anything or anything to do with this company. £12.95 had been taken out and I had no choice about it. I would like refund as I haven’t ordered anything and this seems to be a recurring payment, (once a month) so it seems. I will take this further and to the bank if nothing gets sorted.

I have been charged for 14 dollars even though i haven't ordered anything. I want my money back immediately! I can't find this company's info online. The website doesn't work. How can i contact this company? I was charged first time the 17th of february and the second time on the 17th march. You took €4:50 on jan 30, €13:65 on feb 39th and mar 30th €13:65. I have never receive a product from you and i never want to. I purchased a privacy screen protector from peep protecter, they charged my card for it and after i received my package (After months and it was already scratched) my account was charged $14.95 for what? I have no idea. I want a refund and i can’t get in touch with anyone with the only number i was able to find. I am extremely upset about this. Especially the way the economy is at the moment. I haven’t been able to work due to the corona virus epidemic and nobody had permission to take out any money out of my account, i’m not sure how long this complaint has to be for this to get any attention, that’s absolutely ridiculous by the way that i have to spend my time complaining about a theft that i had no part in, you could email me for a phone number and ill glady talk to whomever it may concern, but my money will be put back on my card like i said this is an act of theft, by no means did fast deals today (Which was associated to me with peep protector) have permission to charge my card for any amount of money, nor did i order anything else to be charged for. I hope to hear back from you soon because i assure you that this will not be last time i attempt to contact your scamming facility! Thank you from an angry “customer” (For lack of better words because by no means will i ever purchase anything else from this trash excuse of a company!!
