I am being charged $14.95 on my card and I have not purchased anything of that amount. Only a phone case which came out to about $6 and it still has not arrived. I ordered this on January 15th. I want my $14.95 back because it is frustrating getting money taken away without my consent because I did not purchase anything of that amount. I emailed the company about a week ago and I still have not received any email back. I am getting really concerned because I do not want my card being charged any amount unless I make the purchase my self.
