Have done a transaction for booking a Bus ticket on 13th Jan 2016 .
This transaction was failed and the bus tickets were not confirmed.
However from my Freecharge wallet amount was deducted and not refunded back.
It is exactly a month since then there has been no response from the Freecharge team.
Dropped them many emails by now but no proper response.
