I was trying to pay my torrent bill. Money was deducted from my bank account bt the transaction was failed so I was nt able to pay the bill of electricity. Money was already deducted and I got a confirmation message from FreeCharge that your money will be refunded in 5-7 business day. This incident occurred on 2nd Feb 2017. Till today I haven't received my money back.it was a huge amount, 1300 INR. I have mailed them twice but received no help from FreeCharge side.
Worst experience I had with FreeCharge.I want my money refunded.i am uploading the statement of my bank with last transaction on 7th feb2017 showing that money is deducted and not refunded.
