Respected sir,
I have tried to make a electricity bill payment of rs 330 in favour of avvnl through freecharge.
Sir my money is debited from the bank account but bill is still unpaid.
I have also received the message from the freecharge that payment of rs 330 for ajmer vidhyut[protected] is done successfully. For queries, contact biller with reference no. Frc[protected] after 3 business days.
But sir when i checked my bill it is showing unpaid with a fine of rs 12.
I have contacted many a times with the [protected]@freecharge.in through email but they are saying that we have confirmed with out partner your transaction was unsuccessful so you have to contact your bank. But sir i have the message showing the transaction was successful then what will the bank do. The ticket number provided by the freecharge customer care is #2112324
I have contacted the sbi and they have said that your transaction was successful.

Sir they are making fool of peoples and looting money of peoples.
If any transaction failed or withheld they do notrefund back the money.
I have furnished all the details. Please take strict legal action on them. I am also attaching some phots of email conversation with freecharge team and also attaching the receipt provided by the freecharge for the succesful transaction. I am also attacthing the image of the biller that bill is pending.
They are cheating directly as i have received too but they have not made payment to the avvnl thats why my bill is pending.
Sir please help me. As they are cheating.
