Hi team on 22june2019 i recharge my bsnl no. [protected] via. Freecharge app with transaction id
Fcva[protected] but amount debit from my account and now its more than 24 hours for recharge but recharge still shows under processing
My validity expire on 24june2019 so on 23june2019 morning i again use freecharge to recharge my same number with transaction id fcva[protected] but again same thing happen i. E. Amount debit from account but recharge still shows under processing. And as per freecharge policy if recharge didn't successfull in 3 hrs then the recharge mark as fail & amount credit to account. They goes beyond there policy. And to validate my number i'm going to local retailer to recharge my bsnl number i'm not going to wait for them because its more than 24 hrs twice they cheat with me but in future if they done my recharge successful then i want my money back because i done recharge from local retailer. I recharge from there site twice both transaction is underprocessing recharge deadline is near so i go to retailer for recharge i want my refund of 148 i. E. 74 in first recharge and 74 in other recharge. These site are really harrasing to customers i hope you understand how it feels please take action to such companies & fine huge penalty
