This is with regards to my freecharge account with mobile no. [protected] and email id [protected]@gmail.com.
I had initiated a transaction on 14th Jan 2017 for a tatasky recharge and had tried for the same twice with order no. FCDA[protected] and FCDA[protected]. The transaction was failed and amount was deducted from my saving bank account. After that i got an email also from freecharge that refund has been initiated but till now i have not recieved my refund amount. It is 300 for each transaction with a total of Rs 600 for both orders. Please look into the matter for refund of my amount as soon as possible.
Now am following free charge from the day on mail and not getting proper response and just getting king of auto generated replies.
