I had given complaint like below. But they replied for adding money.
I provided screen shots also for refernece that too they haven't checked.

Just replying mails like copy paste for all complaints.

So many times i had given complaint but issue not getting resolved.

Hi Team,

I am not able to transfer my money to my bank account. Attached all screen shots with bank account, add amount date and not able to transfer.

As per your old answer, i produced all screen shots.

I added money 45 days back, till now i am not able to transfer to bank account. given 2 or more times complaint. I didn't got perfect reply.

If this time, it will happen same i will close account and Please transfer amount to my bank account.


Replied mail like below, Is this the way to answer?

We understand that you are unable to add money to your account and the possible reasons for this issue could be:

The issuer bank's network was down
Your internet connectivity was disrupted
The monthly loading limit of Rs.10, 000 is exceeded
Your bank account did not have sufficient balance
Your bank account was not activated for online payments

We suggest you to try loading money into your account once again after few minutes. If you still continue to face the same issue, please feel free to write back to us.
