On[protected] at 11.39am, I made a payment from freecharge of Rs.273 by credit card towards Relaince Electricity bill payment. The amount deducted from credit card, but payment was not successful. The freecaharge communication ID is FCEA[protected], which shows as a Transaction Failure in transaction history my registered mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
On 25-01-16 at 1.35am, I received a reply via email, that freecharge agent will contact me, but no such update. Later on[protected] they emailed me back saying that "we have replied your ticket #996801, which is not true.
Kindly look into it and help me sort the issue.
