I have added 250 Rs to freecharge wallet linked with mobile no : [protected] and email id : [protected]@gmail.com. And add money process got failed but amount has been deducted from my credit card on 10th October, 2018. When I called customer care they said that it will be credited within 5-6 working days. But 13 days has been passed and still haven't got amount back in my credit card statement which is generated on 23rd October, 2018(6:30 PM).
I have raised many ticket for the same(Ticket no are 186757, 147271, 14270, 147268, 119710, 119713, 114045). But still haven't got resolution after so many ticket request.

I have added 250 rupeed money 3 times but it has been deducted from credit card one time. So I don't know for which failed transaction it has been deducted. So I have attached another 2 failed transaction screen shot.
