I made my bsnl landline payment via Freecharge.in on 14th July 2018, an amount of 1676 was deducted from my bank account but as of now my landline payment has not been made, the transaction ID is FCLM[protected].
The customer care number is pathetic, not able to directly talk with the customer care employee, the computer says that bill payment usually takes a maximum o[censored]pto 48 hours but even after 4 days the payment is not made.
