Myself poonam mehta is having freecharge account from last two years. I was having 1170 rs in my freecharge account. Someone has hacked my account on 24.06.2018 (Sunday) & made fraud transactions to tapzoapp. When i wake up in the morning i called at freecharge customer care & immediately report them about fraud. Customer care has told me to write a mail with proofs. I have sent a mail on immediate basis. Then i have received only acknowledgment mail. Whole day i was waiting for their call or mail as it was a cyber crime but it has not happened. On the other hand as tapzo was end user of these transactions i tried to conatct tapzo but to my surprise there was no contact number exist for tapzo. Also when i have sent a message o tapzo over twitter they have given me an ans that they dont have contact number. Wow!!
I have sent mails to tapzo as well on the same day & i have not received any revert from tapzo as well.
After waiting for 24 hours i have contacted freecharge & tapzo through twitter & posted this incidence on twitter & facebook.
After writing a compaint on facebook & twitter i have received a call finally. They were saying that person has utilized the amount & they can not give me reversal. Now my question is this what is my fault in all this. When i was trying to conatct tapzo to stop these fraud transactions they were not having any number to conatct. What is my fault in this if tapzo is not having contact number. If there was any number to contact they definately could stopped those transactions. Also despite of my several mails they have not taken any action. They were only saying that tehy have seized the account of that fraud person. Now i would like to ask what justice they can give me. I tried to inform them about fraud at same time but they have not reverted me back.
Now why should i bear the loss. Tapzo & feecharge should bear the loss equally.in this all incidence what is the value of customer & security of customer.
When i have reported them about fraud what were they waiting for,
I dont know how many indians are chaeted like this by these comapnies & how many of them get justice?
Comapny is asking me to complaint in cyber crime now i want to ask them which person will go to cyber crime or police for such a small amount.
In short i need justice, give my amount back tapzo & freecharge.
