I made payment of electric bill of rs.1754 (Rs.1739 from debit card and rs. 15 from free charge wallet) through freecharge vibe order no. Fcea[protected] on 17.03.2018 but rs.1739 was debited from my obc bank account and transaction was showing failed. I sent many messages to freecharge but following reply was given
"thank you for writing in!
We understand that you are concerned about the amount deducted from your bank account.
We would like to inform you that as per our records, the attachment which you have shared is not valid.
In order to help you better and to locate the payment, we request you to please send a copy of your recent bank statement in pdf format starting from the date of the transaction to date. Kindly highlight the missing payment on your bank statement.
This will help us to track the payment with our payment partner.
Once we receive the details, will be able to help you further".
I sent bank statement in pdf format but above answer was again repeated
