I credited 20, 000 to the Freecharge account from my credit card, now the withdrawal option has been removed by freecharge to any of the bank, i raised a case/complain on 3rd April to roll back the transaction to my source account. They said it will take 5-7 business days, today the date is 15th April, its almost 9 day business days, i do not see any good response and the amount is stuck in Freecharge queue!!! it looks still strange with such kind of service from freecharge to which people blindly believe the app and do multiple transactions. and deposit amount. Please help to get the amount back to my source account!!! Your help will be highly thankful.

I sent and followed up with recharge support email! i still get a single line statement to be as be patience, amount will be rolled back 5-7 business days!!! even after the days are more than they committed.
