I have requested to transfer a sum of rs 3900 from my freecharge account to my bank account linked on 11feb 2017 at 11:55PM, but the same has not been credited till date to my bank account linked.
For the same matter I logged a customer complaint on 14feb2017 with ticket no. 1209707 and 1209704. till day I have not received any satisfactory reply instead I have received a mail for feedback of the solution which has not been provided.
I even called on +[protected] on 18th feb 2017 at 12:41 as it is mentioned to be 24*7 customer help support, but after taking all the details the guy told me that due to system up-gradation Ican not help you.
I hope some one from freecharge would care about their reputation and resolve the issue.
