Hi… Diksha jain i have done gas bill payment (Ca no[protected] on 8th feb 2017.. Bill amount was 220… As there was 20 rs available in freecharge wallet only i was suppose to pay only rs 200 to complete my payment… But they wrongly charge rs 20 n rs 300 for making bill payment… Today i went bank n done enqury abt the same… They said talk with freecharge team… Now freecharge team is not agreeing that they have charge worng… Even i have send passbook detail for the same
