Marketing guy approached me for lifetime free credit card frm ABN amro, i never used the card so never bothered about statementts/payments. One fine day i get collection call who does not know what i have purchased, after asking for statement i come to know i was charged fee for the card, further late fees & finance charges got levied & my card was blocked. i spoke to customer service & explained the situation wherein all the charges were reversed & a confirmation email was sent to me stating that my card is zeroised, still my name exists in Cibil defaulters list becuase of ABN Amro due to which my new card appliction are getting declined, my email address is bhatia.[protected]@redifffmail.com
Even after sending mails to nodal officers & HOD – vikas singhal , there has not been a single response received from them.. please advise how can i make ABN Amro Bank happy

My consignment of two boxes [food item] was booked in abt, with article number number is 225887 from gudalur on 21/9/18 with a promise of delivering it on or before 25/9/18.

I got i (One) box on 28/9/18 and 1 is till not delivered, they told that forgot to pick the box from bengaluru god down. The box which delivered was contaminated by rats and no more useful.

I called them a couple of time for updates and they informed not to call, they will inform once my item is arrived.

Please do the necessity so that i will receive my missing item,

Abn Amro — Cash missing from the ATM

I had deposited cash in the drop box.I came to know later ( after losing the money) that all cash deposits should be made in the ATM machine itself and not in the drop box.
When i dropped the cash in the drop box there was no board saying not to drop the cash cover in the drop box.( after my complaint about losing the money now they have put it).

The bank says even in case of drop box – it is opened in front of the bank official only and they have not received any cash cover that day.

Though initially the bank representative were telling they have camera installed later came to know that there is no camera installed in the ATM.

They are claiming that they have not received my cover and in the absence of camera i am helpless.

Request the forum to suggest what options do i have? Is it not compulsory for teh ATM to have cameras?

I have ordered napier grass stem on 14/02/2019, and it was shipped on 15/02/19. The product has not reached till date (22/02/19), i dont know wheather product will reach or not? However the product will be useless waste of planting. They charged 1605 rs for delivery don't know what for? I have paid 3000rs for the product which i have ordered. From 18/02/19 onwards i was enquiring about my product. No response

My credit card on the name Sameer Visaria credit card no. [protected]. In the month of Feb 2009 the outstanding on my credit card was arround Rs.31000 from which ur chennai exe. told me to pay the amt of rs. 18000 change which was paid in cash n cheque of 17000 n they comitted that they would wave off the balance as therer were debit charges n latepayments charges. there after it never happened and i used it for 12000 but in my statement balance reflects as 23000. hence i requested ur call center exe. about this issue but has not yet solved so i stopped the payment and tought that once its solved then i shell make the payment., but to my surprise today i got call from collection dept. delhi n the people spoked to me very rudely not sparing even while driving after they called up my res. no. and spoked to my mom in a vulgar language this is not be gesture which i expect from an international banking sector. i hope the issue get resolved soon so that i can farward my payments. the details of received calls [protected] and [protected] at

Client has sent me my product on 5/10/18 from coimbatore to Theni and now the date is 8/10/18. Till date I haven't received my product and there is no response from any hub and Customer care that I enquired!. The online tracking report says my product bill no: 150732 is still on coimbatore. And there is no sign of dispatch. This is really tiring and now I feel ABt is not the right place for proper transport facility for a worthable products.

Dear Sir.

This is regarding to stop the payment of Rs-9900/- which has been charged to me after giveing me wrong information by your agent who offers me health and fitness scheme.

On Sunday one executive called me at my home informing me to take the offer – I denied the same informing her that last year also I had taken the offer but it was not given to me and I have to follow up for the same – but at last it was not given till date.

On 12/08/09 @ 10.39 Am Harpreet Singh from ABN AMBRO called me on my mobile no [protected] who was talking with me in Punjabi and informed me that your are lucky customer and your name has been selected by luck draw that is the reason he is giveing this offer only to the valuable clients – I informed him the same thing that I don't want any offer because last year I have faced the problem and have grievance reg. the same. He check and confirmed that last year the offer was not dispatched due to incorrect address and the same was returned back. Now the offer is given on the basis of your complaint and grievance to improve our service with the old offer dosmetice and international tour package coupons along with this health and fitness schemes offer with two watches free of cost and nothing will be charged to you – only Rs-9900/- will be reflected in you credit card statement and after receiving your transaction id and customer care no. the same will be waived off from there side and he will personally call to take the TR ID and waived off the amount.

I was not agreed but again he promised and informed me that only who have to verify the call and give him the transaction id so that he waived off the amt for free of cost and he also inform me that don't ask any question at the time of verification.

At 11.00 a same day Ms.Pooja called from verification dept and confirm the offer – as per instruction given by Harpreet Singh I gave me all the details and information required for verification and she asked me the credit card details, after given her all the details I got the TR ID and customer care no[protected] and informed that within 14 days you will get all the offer coupons and gift from our end after that the got SMS that tranx on your account for Rs-9900/- has received.

Immediately I called Harpreet Singh @ 11.13 am on[protected] for giveing him the TR ID – But the no. from where he called was not connected message got the line disconnected…Again I called him but there was same message than I tried on[protected] from where Ms Pooja from verification dept called me but I got the same message that the line is disconnected.

I was worried and than I called at customer care no.[protected] @ 2.30 pm there Ms Ruchika attended the call and I informed her all the details, but she denied and refused to listen the fact and she promised that after confirming she will call back and confirm the same, but she didn't called me that day.

On 12/08/09 I called ABN call center on[protected] @ 2.43 Pm – there Ms Sonal attended the call after informing all the fact she noted the complaint and gave me the same customer care no. and informed me that still the TR amt is in process and who can stop the payment within 2 days but you have to inform to the given customer care no. I request her to take the complaint that it was misguide to me and your executive came me the wrong information that all the offer will be given to you will be free of cost – she opoliges for the same and informed to call at the give no.

On 12/08/09 @ appx 7.00 Pm I got the call from ABN the person informed me that you have given the complaint reg. some issue and he want to discuss the same. As I was driving I informed him to call today morning at 11.00AM – but I didn't got any call from your side.

Today I got the call from your side to confirm the address where to dispatched the gifts offer – I denied the same and informed her that I have been misguide and after giving the wrong information the amt was taken from my credit card & since from morning I called customer care no[protected] but no one was attending the call.

At last in afternoon I got the call connected and again talk to Ms Ruchika to confirm and inform that I don't want the offer and want to cancel the same because from ABN I have been confirmed that you have to given the request at customer no and than only they can stop the payment.She again refused and denied to cancel the order and informed that her senior will call you soon.

But after waiting for some time I called ABN bank call center two time but the system was not available and they informed to call after 5.00 PM.

I called after 5.00 Pm and again informed them the same story and request them to immediately stop the payment – Your executive informed me that you have to given the request in writing and one form has to be signed through the agent after that only the payment will be stopped from our end.

I got the call from Mr.Prem @ 6.40 Pm from[protected] he informed me that he is senior of Harjeet Singh – I informed him full detail after listening all the fact he agreed that the information given to me was incorrect and they have taken and removed Harpreet Singh from the job. I requested him that I don't want any offer and pls consider my request because I am not is position to pay the amt. He gave me EMI option to pay the amt but I refused so and informed him to pls cancel mu offer and stop the payment immediately or else I will not pay anything and take legal action reg. this issue.He informed me that he will call back soon.

Again I got from Mr.Jagdeep Singh @ 6.29 Pm from[protected] he informed that he is senior of Mr.Prem – I again informed him the same story and requested him to cancel my offer and send me the letter which I have to sign for cancellation because I am not in the position to pay the amt really. After listen everything he informed me that he will call me back.

Again I got from Mr.Jaiber Singh @ 6.50 Pm from[protected] he informed that he is senior of Mr.Jagdeep Singh – I again informed him the same story but he denied to cancel the offer and he was ready to given me discount of 50% of what amt has been charged by me – He informed me directly that the amt will not be waived off but I can give/adjust more offer in this amt.I again request him to cancel my offer and informed him that I will not pay anything if reflected in my card statement and I will stop all the pending EMI what I am paying utill this matter has solved. He informed me whatever you do you can do anything but we will not cancel the offer and we will take the amt from you.

This is the service you are giveing to your customers – check my record / transactions of last 4 years.

If you want to loss such customer that no a issue, but really I will not Rs-9900/- in any case – I will fight for the same.

I am writing a official mail that ABN that his executives have misguided me given me wrong information and used my credit card… Kindly stop the payment immediately, I will not liable to pay any amount if charged to me & I will stop all the loan EMI also.

Pls do the needful on urgent basis.

I opened an account with
ABN AMRO bank, 1st Inder place, B block, A, Sushant lok , Gurgaon.
The account was opened on 01/07/2007
My account no (then) was 1349185
My customer relationship no. was 1609486
This account has been closed now.
I needed a statement of account for the periods
01/07/2007 to 30/09/2007 and
01/05/2008 to closure[protected]for income tax purposes)
We would like to mention that we are not asking for a duplicate statement but statements for above periods were never provided (which is against the RBI instructions which makes it mandatory for banks to provide a statement at least once a year)
When I asked the call center to guide me through the request they flatly told me that statement for a closed account could not be provided (which is illegal). When we insisted and told them they we legally bound to do so they chose to disconnect the call.
When we tried again, we were told to visit the bank’s Head office at Connught place branch (New Delhi) and place a request, which was again quiet agonizing, as the bank's staff seemed to be clueless about handling such requests (in itself this was not legal as these services must be provided via post).
We wrote to the banks head office (letter dated 24/07/2009) citing our request (about a month from now) but are yet to receive any reply or even acknowledgment of our request. We hope that this at least fulfils your requirement of having made a formal representation to the bank at least one month prior to contacting you

I here by request you to help me out as i need the statements for income tax purposes

I here by would also like to bring to your notice the banks reluctance to provide even the legally bound services to ex-customers, perhaps as they no longer have commercial interest in them, to the extent that they do not care to have any procedures in place to handle such requests.

24th oct i sent bike from hyderabad to chennai
With cost of 2500rs and packing charge of 300 rs total 2800 rs.

But today i received bike from kanchipuram abt parcel service with damage of front doom glass and indicator of rear as attachment file.

I paid 2800rs but service was very poor in handling.

Last year am used the same service from kanchipuram to hyderabad but no scratches or damage fyi.

I need clarification and reimburse for the damages
