Dear Sir,
I have complaint against ABN AMRO, their recovery agents are calling 2-3 daily and i must say they have absolutely no manners of how to talk, they do not check the previous history of the call or what was discussed, what the other agent who called before has promised and simply start screaming.
I have been receiving calls from them for last 6 months, initially i explained them all the issue in details. the person then said that he will send me the email with complete clarification and settlement amount, samething was promised by several agents and i also kept explaining same thing again and again… but till date i have not received a single email from them, and many times them have taken force payment from my salsry account with ABN AMRO, I must say they are trying to do complete "Gundagardi" but now i am no more interested in telling the same thing again and again 2-3 times a day and more over talking to these manner less guys who call up.
I am looking forward for your help in this issue. Please help

I have booked 5 boxes from sankagiri to kattedhan. My package has arrived on wednesday and i told i will pick the same on saturday. They told me to visit at 12 noon.. I have waited for two hours and out of 5 boxes only 3 had arrived. After a long discussion with vanasthalipuram branch they have sent the remaining 2 boxes after two hours. I am still waiting and the time is 4:20pm, still the boxes had not arrived. When i called the driver he said he is having his lunch and he will reach at 5:30, when i called vanasthalipuram branch they were responding very rudely. They were picking the call and keeping aside. The person who picked up the call at vanasthalipuram branch is speaking very rudely. They don’t even think about customers nor they do their job correctly and they even asking for bribery. What kind of parcel service is this? I am raising this complaint at kattedhan still waiting for my another two boxes. I have booked a trolly from shadnagar and i have to go back to shadnagar and then have to travel to home town in the night.

My way bill number was 796207. I was booked courier for my bike in your abt service from attur in the date of 18/08/18. They are told like to you received your consignment within 3 days but it's takes one week still now not received. I was track my consignment it's showing like product still in salem, i was really shocked. I was believe in your service thats the main reason to booking in your abt. But this time i was very disappointed in your service. I have emergency to get my bike. When it's dispatch from salem then when it's receive from my location i don't know.

I had taken a credit card from ABN Amro Bank on 26.8.2004. the card number was [protected]. It was supposed to be a free card. but after one year they had charged renewal fees i.e, the annual fee of Rs. 500. on seeing this in the statement i had complained to the ABN Amro Bank customer care and informed them to cancel my card immediately. the complaint numbers are[protected] and[protected].

But they have not cancelled the card and been sending statements to me asking me to pay the amount which i have refused as i am not using the card. I have paid all the amount for the transactions i have made in the 1st year. and there is no amount pending from my side.

I would like this to be resolved at the earliest.

I have received last month statement shows a new item which is "MEMBERSHIP FEE" RS.595+Finance charge+servise tax dt.14/06/2009, and i am not authorized anybody to collect such unauthorized amount to be collect through my credit card, and how did you bill me with out my confirmation.

Several times i have requested to your business promoter staffs, do not call me for any of such business promotional offers.

Pls don't renew my card and i don't like to continue with ABN Amro Credit Card Services.

Mr. Keyur Vora and Capt. Bhargav Vora (The weapons of Mass destruction) – They are now ruling AMS and doing scam openly in the name of quality maritime education and job placements. There main motto is to earn money (all three of them, aforementioned).

FACTS

* So far, more than 200 Students, including students who passed out 4-5 years back from AMS, are still at home and are jobless.
* More then 100 students of AMS were detained and/or in detention in countries like Turkey, Middle East and South East. Reason: Are either caught having fake certificates – they are master in providing fake certificates, over stay illegally after the expiry of their VISA – overstay because once you reach there, ,maybe or maybe not, you will work on ship. There are chances and incidents, where in a student from AMS, was made to work in the Dry dock for months and months and he was paid nothing, instances like, working as a fruitpicker in a garden, working as a factory labor…working on board smuggling ships – yay – they place the students on board un catagorize ships, un registered ships, where all your seniors are either fisherman, or an alumni of AMS, are deck cadets by rank, but are working on board as chief officers – thanks to AMS, they provide real fake government certificates to place you anywhere, even as a captain .. they can place you anywhere…they can do anything.To them experience don't count, to them, throw money and they will give you all, fake.

* They will promise you to place on board all this ships within 4 months from your final day at the academy, but trust me, not less 2 years, they will take. Reason – there are 1000s of students who are already jobless, and they are working hard, to give them fake certificates and place them, on board all these deplorable ships of no class, no safety, with fake officers and captain and you will be treated as slave, against ITF Norms. You will die calling and requesting them for a job, but no one to hear you unless the expiry of two years.

* You wont even get money every month. Yay! They will say $350 every month, Vora Duo's are very smart in terms of snatching money from you through their articulates, they talk confidently. But beware guys, once you are on board, you will be deprived of everything, sleep, money, food, clothes just everything. For what you are paying? Not for a penniless slavery we hope! The ships don't pay the money,its only after 4-5 years, when your mouldering bones will dance in pain, they will shed a few dollars.

* After placement is done, know this, Keyur Vora and Bhargav Vora, will never attend your calls, in case of any emergency, they will leave you stranded, in death, un attended. they are so pathetic, that they will leave you alone. They have a chain of scam agents, they give you fake certificates who further then place you on ships like this. They don't even pay your money, as they state in their Non-stamped contract letter, that repatriation, will be borne by the company, in case they terminate you. They will deduct the amount from your hard earned money.

* After that forget placements. Vora brothers are Apocalypse, they do not fear anyone. You call them, they will have tonnes of excuses, oh m outside Delhi, oh my god, internet is not working, we are waiting for the official mail to know why you have been terminated… just because of this behavior, so many guys are still dying in the jails.

* There is a cycle. They tell you 9 months contract but then you will see, you have been kicked out brutally, after 6 months, without a penny … There is a cache. These are per-decided facts. All fake contract letter.

* There courses are un recognized. The GP rating is not governed by DG Shipping, Its accredited to AMS lol. The one Deck Cadet, was once accredited to AMSA (Australian Maritime Safety Authority) but is now gone. Seafarers Training Institute took it away from AMS.

* Consult a lawer, and you will find, a 1000s of case against AMS. Dont know why they are not behind the bars.

Not just they play with your money in the name of polishing your future, but they are very good at doing scam, fraud, duplicacy of any times. They can put you in extreme danger outside the country. So guys, before enrolling make sure, AMS is not your choice and so is Seafarers Training Institute. These guys are all fake and has got fake agents out there, outside the country. Once you reach there, maybe or maybe not, you will never see your dear ones.

So make sure, always chose a DG Shipping Registered maritime institute instead of putting your children's, brothers or anyone dear to you, in colleges like such.

They are not customer supportive, customer service is pathetic.
The manager is in bangalore and madiwala they are worst. If you cannot deliver to home address you should have inform us while sending the parcel.

I forget their names i have the contact numbers of management and the landline numbers, no buddy is taking the call then why the hell you guys are having telephone.

It is almost 7 days still am not getting my parcels.

There are several mail sent by to ABN AMRO credit card division and they are avoiding me to speak directly and they are harassing my parents and harassing my family with all unethical words they are cheating the customer badly in the name of settlement.

There is a person call prasad number is [protected] or [protected] or [protected].

When I sent a message to the support department they are not ready to listen to my problem but they are asking me to pay the money and I strongly believe that the bank is also encouraging this and making it as a regular practice.
Please me the how to get this problem resolved.

I have started getting calls to my parents home in my native that too on the middle of the night and you people are harassment has started in a bad way and they are already sick and even after me giving my contact number and change of address several times I have been ill treated and harshed by the bank purposefully and they are not contacting me directly and every time they are calling my parents and irritating me even after me telling them repeatedly.I have mentioned in all my mails saying that I need a chennai contact person where I can go in straight and get this problem sorted out but no one is ready to do it and I have been cheated by this bank third time in the name of settlement.

And my parents are been thrown with all kind o[censored]nethical words and rough talks by the banks.

I have been repeately saying that I have done the payment as per the schedule which MR.Prasanth has informed me and please check with Mr.Prasanth and get back to me on the matter.
I have atlast asked him he has told me clearly and there is no out standing and since its a year end the Service request will not be approved and once its been done he will be in a postion to close the card that what is been intimated to me.

I think this is going on in a loop and no one from the bank side is taking any initative to address this issue in person on the phone and solve this matter. Only written communication is going on. I dont understand the confusion behind it.
