Hi, I tried booking a ticker on 28 April 2014, the payment is successful but I have not received the ticket by sms or Mail. I called the customer care and they denied the transaction in mail. I have written to HDFC for the statement of transactions and they confirmed the payment has happened on that day with Abhibus services. I have forwarded the proof of payment to Abhibus customer care but has not received a single reply even after multiple follow ups. Even the customer care puts the call on hold as soon as I tell them the reference number of the issue I raised.
The issue number is 183023. I need the status of the issue at the earliest. Please respond.
