Hi Abhibus CC,
I booked my ticket from hyd- bangalore to travel on 31st march 2014 with "Pavit Tours & Travels", but my ticket was cancelled by service provider as he was not running that particular bus on that day. So i spoke to customer care person, he informed me that my amount will be returned back but still now i had not got my amount back. I made many calls got frustrated, their had given me some reference number to check with bank. I even checked with bank about the transaction and at last I got information that no such transaction has been done. So me came back to abhibus customer care, now there asked me for my bank statement & i had provided my bank statement also, Now funny, foolish & frustration part is still now (25th April) i had not yet received my amount.
So do u think customer are fool, 's and don't have any other work to keep on following you . Kindly remove the caption "Customer is King" from your office it's doesn't suite.
