Hello, i have recently booked tickets on abhibus on 20th september 2019 for journey date – 8th october 2019. The ticket details are as follows

Ticket details – ts[protected]itqx (B1, b2 from bellary to bangalore on subramanya tours & travels).

Ticket details: ts[protected]wkaj (L3, l4 from bellary to bangalore in subramanya tours & travels).

I have cancelled the booking ref: ts[protected]itqx and it was refunded. However my other booking ref: ts[protected]wkaj was confirmed and there were no cancellations at all.

But when i went to board the bus yesterday (8th october 2019) for my surprise my booking was not reflected on subramanya tours & travels and the seats l3, l4 were booked for other passages and they did not allow us (Myself and my wife with our 4 years baby). When i enquired with abhi bus customer care they said there was a mistake and they were unaware of it and suggested me to find alternate bus which is at almost midnight (11:40 pm) and there were no bus services at that time and since its festival time the chances of getting seats was not possible.

Later some discussions happened between abhibus customer care agent and the bus operator and the bus operator arranged two seats (Which were the last seats and they were completely wet and poorly maintained) and also the bus operator / driver charged me 2000 rs for these seats (1000 rs per seat which is almost double than my booked tickets fare).

The way the bus driver and operator treated was also very bad and careless. With no choice i had to pay the driver 2000 rs and spent a horrible journey throughout the night.

I would like to complaint first on abhibus negligency on booking tickets and lack of coordination with bus services and passengers. And secondly against subramanya tours and travels for the poor quality of service with dirty wet seats and careless behaviour.in this all process i lost about 2800 which i would like to get refunded as soon as possible and would like this not happen again with any passenger.
