[Resolved] Abhibus Services India — national bus operator poor responsibilities & abhibus poor response

I have booked ticket from gobichettipalayam to chennai in national travels on[protected] and my default board point is gobichettipalayam and my boarding time is 9.20 pm. I didn't received drivers contact number. I have informed ([protected] & [protected]) about my boarding point change to kavindapadi with name & seat number, bus timing as bus has to cross this town & usually travel like this only in the same bus operator (Attached the proof of last time travelled ticket).

Then i have tried reaching the operator on [protected] & [protected] & they said the bus is not come yet & if it comes will update you. So wait in the new boarding point. When my bus is crossing my boarding point i tried to stop bus but it went.

Then i tried reaching the numbers but not attended. So i tried from wife mobile number & they picked and said we have one person only & cannot handle all calls & customers. After the humble request they given next bus driver number[protected] & he said the bus is full, cannot board u. So asked me to contact the operator.

Again i tried reaching them & they given my actual bus driver number ([protected]) & the bus is in bhavani which will take one hour from my place at the time of 10.00 pm. So i called the operator but unanswered more than 30 min.

Then raised a complaint in abhi bus customer care. They have taken con call with the operator after 30 min wait & confirmed that the bus is left me without boarding point. For the refund, the operator given another number to abhi bus customer care to speak. Customer care executive given the time line of 24-48 hours for the resolution.

When i calling the abhi bus customer care on[protected], they said to not refund. After my request they called the operator but again they not responded more than 10 min. Now they again given the timeline of 24-48hours. I have asked to update the status but he said we have to call them to know the update. Abhi bus will not call / email on the complaint to the customers.

While the incident time, there is heavy rain in the town & tolerated for the travel to chennai but i couldn’t travelled that day.

So the refund will not be given & national travels operator will not give response, respect & abhi bus also will not take response & responsibility.

Need resolution for the same as all people depended on the operator & service providers.
