It has been more than one week, since I raised a concern and was assigned with ticket : [Incident:[protected]], due to fault in their transaction system my 1000 rs was lost. They promised me that this issue will get resolved within 48 hrs, but still this is pending.Every time I call them they ask for 48hrs. Even After repeated request and multiple phone calls, still there is no progress.
