I had ordered 3 items on the 16th of november 2017, bearing order number: ab6488029. Out of the three ordered items, one got delivered on the 23rd of november 2017 with no mention about the remaining two items. This was the first blow. I mailed the issue to the customer care email id of abof on the 24th of november 2017 and to my surprise was assisted by a customer care executive named 'shirley' on the very same day who informed me that my products had been cancelled due to 'inventory issues' and that my refund would be made within 2 days and that the amount would reflect onto the original mode of payment with in 7-10 days. On the 27th of november 2017, i received an email from abof saying again that my refund will be processed and that i should receive my refund within 7-10 working days. I waited, its more than half a month now and i still havent gotten any response from abof. Worst case is they dont have a site and nobody responds to their customer care number. I earnestly request abof to please get in touch with me and issue my refund at the earliest. It is a humble request.
